The manager was very nice. So was the lady who prepared breakfast.
The only thing that was wrong with our room was that the floor was dirty. Left my feet black. We could see the dirty tiles in the bathroom but the carpet in the room was dirty too.
This property needs a complete remodel and update. It is not handicapped accessible. We had to walk up a flight of stairs carrying heavy luggage. The sign said they were in the process of remodeling but I didn't see any rooms that were completed. I would have stayed at the Marriott right across the street if I had known about it. It is a much newer hotel.
Not new, but well maintained. Quiet. AC worked well as it is spring and I needed both heating and cooling. Staff was good, especially the room cleaners, a man and woman team originally from India. My room was made perfect every morning. The only complaint is that they need to improve the quality of the free breakfast. Also to be noted: the location is superb, with many stores and restaurants within walking distance. Cheaper than the major chain hotels located next to this one. Stayed six nights and saved quite a bit.
The hotel looked pleasant/ the decor was fairly up to date and the staff were pleasant, but the room and outside walkways and stairs were very dirty. I don’t have high expectations of hotels- I expect some grime from just all the people traffic. But the doors were white and around the handles it was very obviously dirty on both the bathroom and entryway doors, the bedspreads had stains on them, and the bathroom floor was visibly dirty in the corners, with hairs. The breakfast was ok. If it was overall just cleaner, I would definitely stay again and recommend.
Unbdlievably nice staff! This hotel from a frequent travelsr stand point is a class act! Stayed 5 days and jotger tgan the outside entrance to rooms was as nice as most hamptons I stay in!. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
This hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. It had a nice breakfast included, but there weren't enough tables available for the number of people that were trying to eat at 7am.
Late check-in went well at 02:00 hours. Went to the room and had to fight the bugs for who entered first. Room was freezing with the air conditioning set far too low. The room smelled like someone trying to cover up an old smoking room. Shower curtain rail was loose and in danger of falling off the wall. No bottled water in the room (I expect at least one complementary 8 oz bottle). I don't feel the hotel should expect the local water will affect me the same as them. There is more but you get the message.
Overall good .would perfer elevators for old knees going up stairs
This was the perfect location. We were visiting family in Bethpage. I will recommend to other family members when visit and need the ideal place to stay.

Thank you for you feedback. We are under renovations now. We have completed over 60% of are guest rooms. We do have Handicap rooms at the facility. They may be rented so did not get one. We are not new property, but we clean friendly and being renovated we hope you give another chance in future.
