Absolutely no flexibility in terms of refunds or partial refunds when their national air carrier fails to do their job. In fairness they don’t have to offer any kind of refund or partial refund but also in fairness I don’t have to use them again or avoid warning other future potential guests of an approach to customer service and brand management with which other hotel chains tend to show a little more intelligence.
Getting a taxi in the area was too long

We regret to hear about your experience with the airline's cancellation. Our 24-hour cancellation policy requires guests to provide notice in advance to ensure flexibility with their plans. It's worth noting that travel insurance may cover hotel bookings in the event of flight cancellations.
