It was well kept and clean. Staff was helpful and polite. It is conveniently located near Galleria. I will use it again. The only drawback was the gym which had very few weights and no machine for a full body workout.

Our staying at this hotel was amazing. The staff was excellent, the room was spacious and always neat. In general everything was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel, we will definitely come back again.
Great value, nice size room with a mini fridge, clean and in good shape. Staff is very nice.
The hotel is cool, convenient location rooms are a good size nice staff and free parking. But the rooms smell like mildew and have an awkward humid temperature.

Very clean room and hotel. Parking was included. Never had an issue finding parking. Great convenient location to inner loop and downtown areas. The only complaints were the ac must have froze up and stopped working. It was working great upon arrival but then had to have it repaired. They were quick to send someone up to fix. Also, there is tax on the pet fee. Other than that a pleasant and comfortable stay. I wish there was recycling bin in room for plastic bottles/cans.
The location of the Crowne Plaza hotel was excellent, the staff was friendly, especially Mary at the check in counter at night.
Location was convenient for getting on and off the FWY. Staff were very kind and helpful. Shiela at the front desk was great! Bar and restaurant were also very good. Rooms were good size.
