When we booked, we accidentally clicked the smoking room (we are non smokers)... There were no comparable rooms available but the STAFF stepped forward and made sure we were taken care of! Very outgoing, always watching for things that needed to be done. Very enjoyable night.

We did not realize the hotel did not have a pool. Due to being very full, we had a smoking room. They provided Frebreeze. Only one attendant that night and she was VERY busy. If a hotel is booked solid, probably should have more than one person on. She did great for being alone.

We were very happy with the hotel and the accommodations it provided. The room was a little smaller than we anticipated but we were happy with it. This is a place we would stay again and would recommend to others!

The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was clean. We would stay there again!

GREAT PLACE to STAY

GOOD PLACE AT

I really enjoyed the help of the staff at the front desk. The rooms were great. I didn't know it was an extended stay hotel and I would recommend the hotel to anyone. I really enjoyed the stay and I love the little courtyard outside. Thanks for a great stay.

clean room and nice to have the full kitchen, especially with kids. would have been nice to have an indoor pool

We stayed at this location before because we visit Galena often where we shop and mess around. This is one of our favorable places to stay because of the friendly staff, casinos and other things to do and is not far from Galena.

We went to Galena for the Country Fair like we do every year. This is the first time we stayed at Mainstay and we will be back. We already have booked a stay in the same place for December. We liked the room with the seperate hide a bed and the kitchen. I would say that this is one of the best places we have stayed when we go to Galena. I cannot say there was anything missing. Keep up the good work.
