Lobby is small and have encountered friendlier reception. Also, I would expect better materials that copies from a larger chain. When reserving, requested a place with breakfast, it didn't appear they had that. If they did, they didn't inform us and seemed almost as if they had other things to do.

Toilet leaked. Told staff. Rug very old. Room dingy. Breakfast had very little option. Waffles or biscuits and gravy! Will never stay there again.

Staff was great! Special shout out to the young lady who checked me in, and served me my Sam Adams at the lounge!! Very friendly and conversational, definite asset to your property. Special mention to how well your beds are kept up to date.

I almost ran out of battery before I finally was able to connect to their Wi-Fi.

We travel often on motorcycle and this had one of the best breakfast we have come across for a chain hotel. Staff was also very friendly!

The hotel is far enough back from the main road to be quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and well kept. Close to attractions and dining.

The hotel was pretty much as advertised. The Happy Hour bar times were different than stated on the piece of material we had in our room. The desk staff was not always there when I called or went to check out. The breakfast was adequate. But all the rest was really very nice: the fitness room, the pool, the room itself. It is on the outskirts of town which was a very good location for our needs.

We stayed here for a week on vacation, typical of a smaller inn. Room was clean, staff was friendly. On site bar has limited selection but good prices. Room was a bit small and the hotel is a bit older feeling inside. The hallways are not air conditioned so it was very hot coming and going. Pool was nice, but small. They do have a small picnic table out back that we had a few meals at. Overall it was very quiet, though the first two nights there were parties in the parking lot, likely due to the fair going on that first weekend.

No microwave or refrigerator in room. housekeep[ing was okay but did not provide coffee cups or hand towels on one of our nights of stay. Staff was friendly

This hotel had a surprisingly good and varied breakfast buffet, including fountain Coke drinks. Yay!

The Baymont is your typical cheap hotel. However, very nice staff, and very clean rooms. They also check in with you throughout your stay to see how it is going.

The staff was very friendly and helped with any question or concern. The room was very comfortable, and the king size bed was comfortable even after three nights, which was a pleasant surprise. The location was convenient to the major roads we needed to travel. We usually don't stay in a hotel in Dubuque with family there, but since we were there for our niece's wedding, there was no room at the house.

was close to town easy to find spen tt time in Galena Il,and Dubuqe enjoed fenoln elevator trolley ride in Dubuque

This was your ordinary room, Staff barely spoke to us. The lady in the morning was sitting at a desk away from the counter and said just leave the key.. We do not have receipts at this time ??? She had her feet propped up. The pool was ICE cold , tiny area, no hot tub, sauna was broken.

The one great thing was my family was there, other than that it wasn't great. They didn't clean our rooms while we were there. We had to ask for everything like towels. We know they came into the room bc they refilled the little shampoo things but Nothing else and left the towels on the floor. Some of the staff was very rude. For the staff that was nice, it was enjoyable. We had issues with the room cards also, we were told they got demagnetized, 3 separate times.

Hotel was nice and location worked great for what we were planning on doing. Ceiling plaster in the bathroom was falling off.

Arrived 3 hours ahead of time and got early check-in. Desk person very nice and accommodating. Gave us local interest mag. Room was super clean and comfortable. Morning breakfast as you would expect. Not really that much further out than the pricier hotel/motels. Didnt use the pool but water warm compared to any others we've tried. No elevator that I saw but only two-stories. Great stay and decent price. Would go back!

Very cozzy, nice breakfast, great location near mall target & walmart.

Room could have been cleaner, but overall an ok place to stay for the price. Great staff and great location.

In town for the Riverfest which was a good time. Was planning on taking the hotel shuttle, but after an hour wait we were told it would be another 45 min. Ended up being a short drive anyway. The front desk clerk was friendly and seemed to handle juggling bartending & maning the front desk at the same time without much stress.
