The lobby was completely blocked off, which I understand due to Covid19. Front desk staff was nice. Was given room 428. Once I got on the elevator, it smelled like vomit. Once I got off the elevator, there was poop piles literally as soon as you got off, smelled terrible. Once in the room, it smelled like old rotting wood. Pulled back the sheets on the bed, and there was a huge beetle, on the next bed, there were urine stains on the comforter and also little tiny bugs. The bathtub was gross and had red stuff in it. The place looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned and dusted in months. It was just such a terrible experience. I booked two nights here but canceled the second night and stayed some where else. Couldn’t even breathe in that room so I sure wasn’t going to stay another night. Please do better.

Free breakfast prominantly advertised and on Orbitz screen. If youre not going to offer due to Covid, that needs to be mentioned prior to check in. This was the primary reason we selected this hotel. Had to take time to stop somewhere and pay as a result of false advertising .

The rooms have been recently updated as the shower insert, carpet, and furnishings all appear new. However we had to attest we wouldnt smoke in the room yet our room reeked of smoke and there was a butt lying on the floor between the bed and nightstand. The door is hard to open and close requiring you to body slam it (which apparently was a common issue because we heard doors slam all night). We had no remote and when we requested one we were handed a remote and told "good luck, if it doesnt work its the last one." Of course it didn't work and there was no way to change the channel manually. The bed was actually comfortable enough but we were woken up all night by other guests including people honking their horn at 11pm and a couple yelling in spanish directly outside our window. It didnt quiet down completely until after 3 am and cars came and went all night long. On gathering our belongings, 3 roaches crawled out of the top of the closet. Never again we will we be enticed to stay at a days inn.

Everything was dirty and in a state of disrepair. The elevator smelled like vomit and had mystery stuff stuck to the floor. It was disgusting.

This property has been around for a while, but it's in great shape. Our room was outstanding. What I didn't like was the location. Traffic was heavy when we got off the interstate and it was hard making a left turn getting to the motel. Locals said it's usually not like that. Traffic was OK in the morning.

Staff was super friendly. Great location! Breakfast offerings were slim.

It was overpriced. Paid $220 for one night. I understand that it was a busy game night, but the room was just not worth it. The room also had a wet dog smell. There was no refrigerator, just a coffee maker. The facility just seemed very outdated and run downed.

-pubic hairs/black mold in shower -black mold on ceilings -damp carpet -humid air in room despite AC on coldest setting -insects on floor -2/3rd used toilet paper roll with no extra rolls -cigarette burns in bedsheets

We checked in and stayed in the room for about an hour before we packed up and left. A/C did not work, the room reeked of dog, mold in the shower and it felt like bugs were crawling on us in the bed. I want a full refund.

They gave our room away without notifying us. They claim that we shouldn’t have even been able to make the reservation online. This was during move in at UF and all the hotels were full.

Toilet was broken. The room was unclean with debris on the floor and crumbs in the bed as if the sheets had not been changed. The light over the desk did not work.

This is an older facility. Good location. The staff we interacted with were quick to take care of our concerns. There are two LaQuintas side by side, this was the older one. While our room looked to be freshly painted and had newish flooring the exterior could use a good updating. Upon checking in we found our TV was malfunctioning, was swapped out, thus not a problem. Staff was great about that.

Nothing really The place was not at all at the level you would expect for $144 a night. Located right behind a new "La Quinta" property which looks much better, and were everyone with a reservation goes first thinking that were it is. Then they send you to the "dumpy" one in the back. "La Quinta" directly quoted $79 per night for the room we paid $144 to ORBITZ for...???? Gives us the impression that ORBITZ took us for a ride!

Staff is helpful and understanding. The Wyndham Rewards system is, unfortunately, very poor.
