Average hotel for a good price. Room was clean and the bed was relatively comfortable, so no complaints.

Don't stay here unless you reaaalllyyy have to. Not much to comment about. The hotel would benefit from major renovations. For the price I must say it was not surprising. I really do with them well though.

The hotel was clean the staff was great. I had no problems getting from one place to another, very resourceful. Great stay and worth the money

Nice room the bathroom could be a little cleaner but in general was ok for the price. Good location. Polite service

The staff was great and location was good for football. Overall the hotel was dated, I would only suggest staying here if you are just here to watch football.

Absolutely awful. Paid $195 and wasn't worth $1.95. A/C unit squealed all night. Room was filthy. Water temperature constantly changing while in the shower, alternating from scalding to freezing. I've never written a review before, but trust me, stay away from this place.

It was good near my university all in all its good

Pro: The motel is close to UF right on 441 about 1/2 mile south of the University. AC is cold. Con: This motel is old and lack of repair. Cleanliness is poor. Carpet is dirty and tiles in the bathroom need repair. Overall, price is reasonable but you get what you paid for.

Centrally located, this Days Inn was just right for a quick trip in and out--fine parking, close to my business and friends, no fuss or bother.

It was ok. Needs some cleaning. Location. Was good. Great for one night stay when passing thru town.

Hotel needs to be updated would not recommend it for long stay just an overnight was enough

Great for our needs, Sleep and close to the softball Tourney.

Worn out hotel. Could use some updating. Convenient to UF campus.

This motel is located close to the University of Florida and the price was only 109.00 for Gator Growl. Unfortunately, it is old, worn and not clean...

The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that the price is low of which also inculdes free wifi and breakfast. However, you have to be very tolerant to accept the smell and the stains and the tiny bugs (only saw in the bathroom) that are in the rooms. Don't expect anything fancy for breakfast. It is really the bare minimum. So, in summary, if budget is your first concern and you have a high tolerant level when it comes to cleaniess. You may consider this place. It will not be my choice of hotel again for sure.

Everything was ok. The staff was very pleasant. The only bad thing was all the loud guests staying that night, but you can't beat the price.

I understand the hotel was older and that was ok, but my carpet was clean in areas, it needed shampooing very bad, but the main area I did not care for was I had to go to Wal-Mart to buy some air freshner, the room had a horrible old and wet smell, I purchased two air freshner and a can of Frebreez to air out the room, I could not sleep with that smell. I don't think I will be staying there again, good price, bad smell. Plus the door had a little opening in it and love bugs were in my room ,a couple on my bed, on the ceiling, on the floor in the restroom).

very nice hotel.Very good location.good price.the only part was that breakfast was too short

Room was ok, but the hotel needs a lot of improvements, image, cleaning outside the rooms and repairs. It is like abandoned.

One of the WORST hotels I have EVER stayed in. As soon as i walked in the door there were roaches!! In the bathroom...roaches. NO hot water to shower with AT ALL. NO ROOM SERVICE. They did not clean the room and left NO towels...no toilet paper. When i called the front desk to complain about the roaches etc. they told me to come to the desk. When I went up front they gave me two towels( we had 5 people in the room) and the audacity to give me a can of roach spray to do it MYSELF. NASTY. I NEVER got to speak with a manager nor did they one time offer me a new room, or to have an employee come clean my room, did not offer some sort of compensation for the nasty room and, no hot water, no room service and no towels. i left a message for the manager to call me and he NEVER did. Nobody called me to apologize or anything. The breakfast was all cold and do it yourself. Nothing would have bothered me so much, if there had not been roaches crawling around. the fact that I had two young children, one infant who slept in a playpen, the worry about roaches getting on them was horrible. i cannot count the number of roaches I had to kill by myself. NOT how i view a hotel to be be run. It was very cold and there was no hot water in the shower. The neighbor in the next room complained to us that morning that he had no hot water either. i felt dirty when i left there, like i caught nasty germs from the bedding that had cigarette burns in them. i could only imagine what kind of germs and nastiness was in that bed. I'm surprised i did not get bugs or lice form that place. BUT i did have a roach that had crawled into my bag i had brought to the hotel and it stood there and came home with me. it was in my daughter's diaper bag of all places. I brought the nasty home with me. I feel dumb for ever spending my money on that place and I DO NOT recommend ANYONE waste their money and stay there....unless of course you like dirty rooms, cold water and of course the roaches, who just might end up coming home with you. F rating in my opinion. The super 8 motel seemed more inviting and they actually have hot breakfasts!!!!
