The apartment is located in the center of Fuengirola right next to the port and only 2 minutes walk to the nearest beach. Outside the building there is a wide selection of restaurants, shops, grocery stores, bars and much more. Within 20 minutes by car, there are 8 wonderful paddle facilities and more than 10 golf courses that are open all year round.
From the harbor there are regular boats to Benalmadena's Puerto Marina where you usually come across dolphins on the way, from the harbor you can also rent jet skis and perform a wide range of water activities.
The train station is about 10 minutes walk away and from there the train goes to Malaga Airport and Malaga City.
When you open the doors, you are greeted by a top-renovated apartment of the highest standard where you step into a living room with black accents and modern style.
