Stunning Seaview Villa by Costarentals - Ref 110

Welcome to our unique 2-level villa with private pool and sea views in the lovely Torreblanca district of Fuengirola. The private villa is only a few minutes walk from Torreblanca Train Station and nearest grocery store as well as restaurants and bars, the beach is only 10 min away. There is free parking outside the house as well as a playground for children close by. There is also a free shopping bus to the big Miramar shopping center near the villa. The villa in Fuengirola consists of a large and stylishly decorated living room with fireplace, dining area with panoramic views, fully equipped kitchen and a screened mat with a single bed and 2 extra beds if required.There are a total of 3 bedrooms where the master bedroom upstairs has a double bed and a private bathroom with shower, the second bedroom downstairs consists of 3 beds in the form of 1 bunk bed and a single bed, the 3rd bedroom has a double bed with connecting bathroom with shower. There is a large patio with chairs and tables for the whole family where you can barbecue and have a good time with the whole family, the large and inserved swimming pool is completely private and there are comfortable sun loungers to borrow! 5 min walking distance to train station. 5 min walking distance to the supermarket. The house is fully equipped with WIFI, Smart TV (guests have to log-in with their own credentials, satellite channels are not available), Dishwasher, A / C in all rooms and much more. Baby Package €39: including cot and high chair, on request and subject to availability. The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.
