Welcome to this lovely apartment located just a stone's throw from Fuengirola's 8km long promenade and the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment is located in the old town of Fuengirola with proximity to the popular plaza Chinorros, where you will find several of the town's best restaurants, bars and tapas. Here you will also find grocery stores, Fuengirola's very own zoo "Bioparc", a cinema, gym and padel courts as well as shopping and entertainment. The beach and the promenade are only 80 meters from the apartment and there is a wide range of restaurants, cafes and bars as well as bicycle rental. Malaga Airport is about 15 minutes away by car. Fuengirola Train Station is about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. When you step into the apartment, you are greeted by a social living room with open floor plan, modern and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove and oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle and much more. From the living room you come out to the lovely and private roof terrace with a nice lounge group and a dining group. Master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The bathroom is equipped with shower and washing machine. The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with A / C in all rooms, WIFI, washing machine, Smart TV and much more. The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person.
