Welcome to this magnificent, recently renovated apartment with swimming pool in Torreblanca, just under 300 meters from the 8 km long sandy beach and promenade of Fuengirola.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in Torreblanca, close to everything, just outside the apartment there is a well-stocked grocery store, a number of delicious restaurants and bars and several paddle courts nearby.
When you enter the house, you are greeted by a bright and modern apartment with a large and bright living room with a large smart TV with Chromecast, comfortable sofa and armchair and a dining area for 4 people. Plus, step out onto the cozy balcony.
The recently renovated kitchen is also fully equipped with a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hob and oven, as well as everything you need for cooking.
There are 2 bedrooms where the master bedroom has a large and comfortable double bed and A/C with both cooling and heating, the second bedroom also has a double bed and a workstation/desk where you can answer emails in all tranquility.
There is a bathroom with shower.
The apartment is fully equipped with A/C in every room, WIFI, Smart TV, washing machine, fridge with freezer and much more
