Really nice and modern. Excelent service and view. The breakfast buffett is really good

The staff at Eurostars was extremely accomodating. I was unlucky enough to have kidney stones during my stay and I called the front desk in extreme pain and told them I needed a doctor or ambulance. The bellman and 3 EMTs came to my room and turned my hotel room into a hospital room. Started IV fluids and pain meds and let me rest comfortably until 4pm the next day. I stayed 2 more nights after that.

Madrid is not a sky-scratcher city. There are just a few buildings over 30 floors. Eurostars Madrid Tower is one of them. It is located right in the new Business Area "Cuatro Torres" (4 Towers), where Real Madrid training fields used to be in the late 90s. It is 15 minutes far from the airport (by cab), and also 15 minutes far from the city center (by cab too). Plaza de Castilla, a public transportation hub, is within walking distance (5 min), and from there you can get almost to anywhere. Nearest metro station is "Begoña" (3 minutes walk). Rooms are not huge but they're comfortable. They're equipped with bath and shower. There's a spa on the higher floors (the hotel just gets to the 30th floor, over that level there's a big company Headquarter). Breakfast is served on the 30th floor. Everything is delicious. The staff is great. Many professional soccer teams stay there when they have to play against any of Madrid's soccer teams (juventus from Torino was there when I was). I would recommend it... Even if it's not right near any of Madrid's top hotspots (nearest is Real Madrid stadium, 2 miles far).

Front desk staff was excellent. Overall staf was pleasant. Hotel restaurant food was very poor.

The hotel is brand new and have extraordinary quality of room and amenities!

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. The room was immaculately clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very quiet, the room that we stayed in was on 21st floor, excellent view. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk to the metro. We paid 20 Euros to get there from Barajas airport. We travel often to Europe, this was one of the best hotel that we had. Excellent experience, would highly recommend.

We travelled about Spain for over a month and used this hotel as a hub. Every time we returned it felt like home. Travel by train is very convenient to chamartins station. A short taxi to town center was about 8 euros. Breakfast is one of the best we found in all of Spain. If you enjoy beautiful views this hotel has it. Modern amenities and impeccable service. All staff are multilingual and eager to help.

We have used this hotel as our travel hub. have left luggage in storge there and travelled for couple weeks to andalucia returned for a night and headed north of Spain and south France, then will return for final 3 nights before flying home. Great locatation for train station, as we use eurail pass between cities. we have been very pleased with staff and amenities.

This hotel has excellent staff. Location is close to metro but we took taxis for 18 euros a pop because of rain and cold winds. Very modern but shower door leaked no matter what we tried. Other than that wonderful hotel. Staff is very attentive. Will stay there again in a few weeks

My flight was super early and to my surprise, the front desk was very accommodating to get me into a room that morning. Very comfortable, well-designed room. New, modern, and executive. Located in the PwC building. Very friendly and multilingual hotel staff who wanted to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Be careful of the shower--the jets will cause water to spill out all over the floor. Located in Cuatros Torres, about a 5 minute walk from Begona metro station.

Short stay but everything was perfect! Great hotel for doing business around the oil and gas industry.

Gr8! Time gr8 place to be! Modern as it gets! Amazing experience!

This was a very clean, modern hotel with very helpful and friendly staff.

Hotel staff was unbelievably professional and curteous. The room was nice except for if you turned the horizontal jets on in the shower than the would allow for the water to run down the door and leak out all over the small bathroom floor.

This hotel has it all....best room service in europe...we went to 12 cities and 7 countries on our honeymoon and this wins hands down as best over all..best breakfast buffet on earth

all ok. its the second time i take this hotel, it a bit far from dowtown, a hotel shutle could be nice..

I spent over a week at the Eurostars Madrid Hotel, which is located outside the hubbub (but also the conveniences) of Madrid. Superb front desk staff, great rooms, hefty prices for food, wifi, unbeatable views, clean rooms and a genuine willingness to make anything right that wasn't. Best for business travelers.

Impressive Hotel. The rooms are amazing and have a very unique decor. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. This hotel far exceeded any expectations.

Great amenities. The location is business friendly but not so much for holiday. But that is why Madrid has best metro in world. Plus there are always taxis.

Hotel absolutely meets my high expectations - very comfortable, faultlessly clean and helpful, friendly staff. Only comment is that housekeeping/cleaners came too early (before 09:00) on Saturday/Sunday.
