I liked the hotel a lot. But, There were a lot of things in our room that were in disrepair or not working.
The toilet and shower would not stop dripping. The floor had a used contact so clearly wasn’t vacuumed. The carpet was frayed. The comforter looked like someone had spilled a bottle of oil and was actually greasy. I alerted the front desk and after 3 requests they dumped a blanket off at my door and didn’t even offer to change it for me.

NO hot water or water pressure in the shower. Overpriced for what you get. Out of date facilities. Nickle and dime you for use of the attached convention center rooms.
The hot water doesn’t come out fast. It took around 10 min to get hot water in the shower. Waste of water . Imagine if you multiple for each room. You need to fix that fast.

Several things happened at the property which was insanely disappointing. I’ve stayed at embassy for years and never seen such poor front desk staff. Water was turned off and NO ONE told me. They charged me for parking and I had no car. So many different situations and no apology ever. Completely insane.
All amenities were available during COVID. This was a worry but no issues. The facilities breakfast was awesome. I have a family of 5 everyone was well taken care of during our stay. Definitely worth the booking.
The only thing stopping the "Excellent" card from coming out is that my "COVID Cleaned room" had someones last piece of shriveled up spinach or lettuce wrapped around the phone. Not the best look for a room that seemed pretty clean.
