Good experience. Clean and quiet rooms. Good Internet service

Have gone there for years. Always enjoyable. Stately property.

Hotel staff really nice folks. Room is a bit dated, but overall very good value.

We arrived early from San Diego. We stopped at the hotel around 11am and told the gal working the front desk we were early and asked if it was possible to check in early. She was very polite and said she could, however, if we waited until after 12noon there would NOT be an extra charge. So we went next door and had lunch (awesome Italian food btw) and came back close to 1pm. The NEW gal behind the counter was NOT nice and said we could check in but that there would be a $30 charge. I explained that we had been in earlier and that we had been told that after 12 we were cool with no charge. This woman was rude and unpleasant and seemed more interested in rubbing our noses in something than listening to what we were telling her. She finally said 'I'll let is pass this time, but next time.....blah blah blah. There wont be a next time so it really didn't matter.

The Piccadilly Inn Shaw was a good place to rest for a very quick overnight stop after a 10-hour day of driving. The staff was kind, and the room was very basic. My major complaint is that the door to the room had a nearly 1-inch gap on the bottom between the floor. This allowed a lot of noise from the hallway into the room and I had to plug the gap with a rolled-up towel and pillow. We enjoyed the included free breakfast, though. Thanks for giving us a break on the long roadtrip!

Great hotel for the value, in a very nice and quiet neighborhood.

I booked the Picadilly Airport and ended up with a reservation at this one on Shaw. Had to pay twice, as customer no service was unavailable when we arrived in Fresno. Will never, ever use Orbitz, which is now owned by Expedia, where I had a similar experience and got no customer service as that hotel was in such bad repair that we left.

Adequate needs for our quick overnight stay. Love the spaciousness of the King room. No carpet in hallway of LaCosta building was cause for loud echoing voices when neighbors came and went.

Hotel has "hidden" costs, such as $50 per day "damage fee," which will never come off of your credit card bill. Be careful of Orbitz rates, as this is not the same rate as charged. When asked to get receipt for hotel "crediting" me my damage fee, hotel defers to bank. Called bank, and bank states fees not released by Hotel.

Good stay for me and the gf, only complaint I have is the noise from the hallway, but only in the hallway. It was still a very nice stay

The pictures did not match the room we were put in. The staff and the lobby area looked great. My kids even love the pool. But the room was dirty and ugly. The wallpaper was coming off the walls. The exterior doors were broken and would not lock. Bad. Just bad.

I like to stay in Piccadilly because is it clean and confortable

We found that anyone can walk through the hotel building without a hotel key. When I brought my concern to the front desk, she's stated that security walks around often. Not often enough to my liking because I was traveling with children. Therefore, I asked for a full refund at which was provided (I'll have to verify that in a few days.)

It is a nice place. I have stayed there before and would stay again.

Stayed in April 2016 as part of a conference. On the surface it seemed like a very nice hotel, decorated nicely and well maintained. The restaurant was closed for remodeling but dining was available on the patio with a limited menu and a bar. The main issues I had were with the comfort of the room. The ventilation in the bathroom was always on and it sounded like a freight train. The AC in the room had settings of high, mod, and low rather that the ability to set it at a desired temp. Again this was so noisy that I chose to sleep with the windows open instead of running it. Also, the mini fridge is below the TV in the sleeping area rather than in the vanity/luggage storage area resulting in more noise in the sleeping area. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows smelled like disinfectant. Finally, I had to go to the front desk to have my keycard reactivated twice during a two night stay.

Just stayed the night there. Nice room. Had refrigerator, microwave, keurig and robes plus a small vanity. It was a quick stay but still nice and they even offered free breakfast.

Piccadilly Inn is a good hotel to stay at. Although it was EXTREMELY hot in the room, thank God the windows opened for a little summertime breeze. The AC is outdated & did not work. Other than that, it was a nice room, friendly service, & good location.

we have stayed here at least once a year for 20 yrs. excellent comfortnice oasis in a large, busy city.

Hotel was part of package trip located near business I visited. Older place kept clean. Room was a little muskie but had everything I needed. Wifi was very poor and had hard time to just load browser pages....froze late at night while I am downloading reports for next day. I had to get it extra early and ask for a port/workstation to catch up. I travel here just for business and will make a point to have staff find me a hotel with working wifi.

I got 2 adjoining rooms to help with my 4 adult children and 2 grandchildren stay comfortably. It was right in the view of the pool. The breakfast is good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Fresno area.
