Friendly service and cleanliness I'd definitely come back

it was a good experience, good place to get down time.....except for the high what noise

comfortable, clean and reasonable. would be a good choice

Good price, comfortable, clean, good location. We had a death in the family and needed a decent hotel in a hurry. This one had a good rate and plenty of rooms open.

Great reception desk guys. Decent breakfast. Worn room. Noisy hallways into the early morning with kids yelling and running up and down hallways. Street noise through window. Flushing noises from neighbors BR. I will definitely go elsewhere when staying in Fresno.

Check in and check out was quick, the hotel was small but the rooms where big and the breakfast was surprisingly good.

Very clean rooms, well kept pool was nice and breakfast was a plus would certainly stay here again

Only problem is the walls are thin and kids running around with doors slamming will keep you awake. Nice hotel in a safe area.

Will come back next time. The hotel is clean, 24 hour cookies, and you get hot meal for breakfast. Reasonable price for the location.

We were put in a room directly next to an entrance, stairway, and storage room; all which seemed to be constantly used throughout the night. The room appeared to have been halfway through a renovation and seemed to be a janitorial closet prior to being a room. We were promised a fridge and microwave when we booked the room but none were provided. When I asked if we could get one, I received the response "not all rooms come with them." The pool and fitness center were both out of order and the breakfast was just OK.

We had a problem with an extremely noisy neighbor at 1:00, called front desk they took care of it a new d called us back to check that it had quieted down. Thank you.

Good breakfast .gpod location, the staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean. The elevator is obviously too old. Will come back .

I was in a handicapped room, they are waiting for fixtures, but still renting room. Carpet was a mess, new tile, unfinished walls (wallpaper), really disappointed as have been staying at this hotel for the last five years.

For the price, it's a place I would stay again. The street location is not the most convenient. But the free breakfast was a nice surprise. We weren't expecting much considering the cost of the room but it was pretty good.

Friendly staff! Free breakfast! Short but good stay!

The entire stay was uncomfortable. The room was hot and had a constant stale smell. We were left one tiny bar of soap and had to ask for more at the desk. On the second day when we were out of towels, I was told by the front desk that they had run out the night before and to check back later. The bathroom has no ventilation system. Every shower creates a sauna environment in the bathroom and beyond! Housekeeping only came once during our 4 day stay, and it was only after we called the front desk to request service. The microwave in the room is a hazard! Upon trying to reheat my Starbucks coffee, it scorched my cup on the 30 second setting. There were literally burn marks on the cup. While they do offer a nice looking breakfast, and the staff was friendly, it was not worth the money we paid for the room. If you are in a pinch and need a place to stay for just the night, this place might be tolerable. However, a family of 4 from out of town staying for a few days was not ideal. I will not stay there again.

indoor pool, nice staff, spacious room. a very good stay.

The hotel was an outstanding value for the quality, comfort and friendly. The breakfast was quality and makes the price an all around winner. Location is great being close to Riverpark and a great stopover enroute to Yosemite or Sequoia.

The Country Inn and Suites provided excellent amenities and very clean rooms. The hotel staff were very friendly and we're always willing to answer any questions. The days before our stay at the Country Suites we spent a few nights at the Stratosphere Tower hotel in Las Vegas and I can honestly say that the room at the Stratosphere didn't not even amount to 1/4 the comfort or the amenities.

Worked for our purpose but it is quite far from Kings Canyon National Park so not very convenient. However it's better than staying in Fresno proper
