Sofa bed is NOT a queen but a twin. The hotel is NOT updated but VERY DIRTY AND DATED. No kids channels on tv. Everything is falling apart, breaking, broken, and staff is never around. We had to call the direct number for two hours before someone would answer for simple towels, toilet paper, and breakfast times. No instructions given and no staff was onsite to ask. So glad we brought our own linens, pillows & cleaning supplies. Caked on splatters, bleach stains and rust everywhere including inside the shower on the floor. JUST PASS!!!! IT'S GROSS!!!!!

My only complain is that, for the second time in few months, the room card keys that they provided to me did not work and I had to take all my bagage and go down to the front desk so they could fix the problem. Very annoying, indeed.

Many customers, including us, had to wait for checking in because the electronic keys were not working. Additionally, the room that they gave us was smelling - maybe from wetness on the floor from cleaning? They gave us another room that was good. It may be good a good practice to tell customers that non-smoking includes marihuana smoking. Sometimes, the odor from marihuana smog was very strong. The continental breakfast was nice and the service was also very nice.

I like that they pressure washed the lobby driveway….desk staff a bit lazy….low marks for cleaning-found two (2) roaches in my room

I lived in room 129. I just live in there 3 nights, but have to reset the key card 5 times. That’s uncomfortable
Parking lot lights not on till after 10PM. Toilet sprays water when flushing. Shower leaks water outside of tub. Key reader on room door does not read key card reliably, had to try several times.

The facility is pretty old so the hallway carpet and elevators are not nice to see.
