First, it is located less than 3 kms from the beaches, the seafront of Fréjus Plage and a few hundred metres from Saint Raphael on one side and Port Fréjus on the other.

Suffice it to say that access to the sea will take only a few minutes by car, but also for those who wish to enjoy their bicycles, the cycle path leading to the beach of the nature base passes near the house.

This house in a quiet subdivision is tastefully furnished by its owners.

From the entrance with immediately on the left a toilet, the living room (large screen TV and fibre box) is offered to you with the dining room in the extension and access to the beautiful terrace and small garden.

On the left is the perfectly equipped kitchen and also with access to the terrace which will allow you with its large awning to take meals outside, spend beautiful moments of conviviality and enjoy the beautiful summer evenings in respect of the neighbourhood :).

The ground floor is air-conditioned.

Upstairs 3 bedrooms as beautiful as each other with 1 bed 160cm, 1 bed 140 cm and a double sofa to finish. The air conditioning is located in the corridor between the rooms and allows to cool the whole.

A magnificent bathroom is also located upstairs..

The whole has many storage spaces allowing everyone to take possession of the place for the duration of the stay.

A sheltered parking space is included with the rental, the second is located in front of the garage in front of the house.

And Fréjus is so many things to discover in summer but also from spring until autumn. In July and August, the night market is daily on the seafront, numerous activities, restaurants, bars and other roof tops await you for magical evenings!!

Fréjus is also Aqualand, Luna Park, go-kart tracks and so many other activities all nearby.
