I called the hotel multiple times and received very friendly service each time. The staff was all very pleasant during the visit. We rented a room in order to have my son's 9th birthday by the pool. It was a fantastic visit that the entire family enjoyed. The courtyard and balcony made our stay. The tub/shower in the hotel room was in desperate need of a good cleaning. The wall surround looked to have mold. We waited to shower at home so I really didn't care. The restaurant staff was also very friendly. I was super impressed with the stay. We would do it again.

We stay here twice a year and we’re somewhat disappointed in this visit. Our first night almost had us ready to check out early. We were promised a room near the pool and waited around for the reception to move us. It finally took two calls after about 2 hours to get moved. The previous staff member didn’t inform the other girl that she offered us a move when we checked in. The courtyard is the main reason we stay and it was so cold our first night, we had to wear jackets on our deck. Another gesture told us the heating was broken and we had to spent the first night in our room. We attempted to warm up in the hot tub but it was so dirty, I used a towel to clean the grime from it (and took a picture.) Luckily, the courtyard warmed up the following day and we chose to stay two more nights. I didn’t find the hotel to be in great shape, every year it looks worse, especially in the hallways. Even our pillows were pretty worn and misshapen. We’re due to visit again in March. Not sure if we’ll continue our tradition.

We have stayed at this hotel mutltiple times with our daughters. It's a great family friendly hotel & atmosphere. We've always loved it there. However, we were very disappointed that children under the age of 15 are not allowed to use the hot tub anymore. This is a new rule. For this reason, we will most likely stay somewhere else in the future as that's one of the main things we all like using when staying at a hotel.

We took our 7 and 9 year old to swim and enjoy New Years! Security shut us down st 10:00pm! They were yelling at small children who went there to have fun! We paid good money to stay in a not so new Motel and were not treated Nicely! Food was delicious but wouldn't go back for New Years again! Lots of complaints in the morning from a lot of people

We've been coming to this hotel for the last 5 years for New Years Eve. We loved coming here as it was family friendly and we would book 4-5 rooms between friends and family to ring in the new year. Sit in the in courtyard and do the countdown to midnight. Not sure what happen this year but it is very different! We were told to go in our rooms at 11pm. Not even able to sit on our patios!!! IT'S NEW YEARS EVE!!! People come here to celebrate and we are locked in our rooms like animals! This is ridiculous! I can understand the 11pm curfew any other day but New Years Eve, come on! They even have a New Years Eve special..for what!?! We where gonna stay 2 nights but we are leaving tomorrow. Very disappointing Ramada!

I'm a government employee and Ramada is my go to hotel. The reason is because of Pier 17 pub. Service is great, food is good, and cost is low. Can't go wrong with a pint of Alpine and Nachos Supreme on a Mon/Tues at less than $13.

Friendly staff and clean room. We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds. The whole reason we picked the Ramada was beacuse they had a pool. We have 2 kids. The pool was absolutely freezing. A maintenance man said they have been having problems with the heater. Disappointed with that. Also, there was some kind of ski doo convention and they were loud even past 10pm.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, The staff was courteous and the breakfast was excellent. The rate is reasonable.

I was disappointed with the Ramada. The bathroom was horrible. Not because it wasn't clean but because it was not maintained. The shower head was old and covered in mould. I did not shower out of fear of getting sick. The tiles were broken and there was mould in the caulking around the tub. The toilet was broken as well and every time it was used it felt like it was going to fall over.

Food & dining staff were great. Check in was messed up, tried to charge me a deposit for incidentals but it was covered by the company. Another person in the class reported a bed bug & was made to feel like he was lying about it. Another person had fingernail/toenail clippings in her bathroom that weren't cleaned. Another had blood on her bed sheets. A lot of staff turnover it seems in the cleaning department & front desk which means service is not up to the standards it has been the past 3 years I've been there. Luckily the dining staff is the same which is why I didn't give it the worst review.
