Check is was a mess, they had the wrong rooms, rates and names attached to the rooms. Breakfast was supposed to be included and that didnt get corrected until the second day.

The service was excellent, the room very clean. We found the beds hard and rather uncomfortable. We stayed in a double room but only two bath towels were provided. When asked, more were given. The food at the restaurant was very good. One of the waitresses was extremely rude but the others made up for her.

Rooms could really use an upgrade, the first room they gave us wasn't acceptable, the beds both sloped to the middle and there was mild in the bathroom, second room the beds were good, but still the bathroom wasn't much.

Recently spent five days in Fredericton, attending the USport Men's National hockey championship. Enjoyed my stay at the Ramada. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly. Breakfast included in my daily rate. Restaurant / bar staff were exceptional. I would highly recommend staying at the Fredericton Ramada. I was fortunate to have a room in the business class section of the hotel, away from the pool and the Tim Bits hockey teams that were also staying at the hotel.

Comfortable stay, room a little dated with an old looking tub and ceiling tiles were stained. Fan did not work in bathroom and the tv remote did not function properly. The pool area was nice and my son enjoyed the pool tables too.

I spent the weekend at the Ramada as I was coaching hockey teams. Walking through the doors there was a massive line and only one girl working. I was pleasantly surprised when the line moved fast and efficiently. Every guest was greeted with a smile and Cristina at the reception desk made sure to converse with me and not make me feel rushed or that she needed to move me along. As I’ve seen this at other places. When I had inquiries later that day she made sure to do everything as quick and as much as she could to help me. The good service does not end there. I was shuttled around mostly all weekend by Johnny. He always had conversations going and was a safe careful driver. As busy as this hotel was I felt very at home and would 100% recommend to anyone. The whole front desk staff went above and beyond as well as every other department. Including their amazing restaurant and its staff.

The door lock that joins two rooms was broken and hanging out of the door, I asked the maintenance guy to have it repaired and he said it would be done the following day...3 days later still not repaired. The bathroom was done with a refit of the tub, but the tub isn’t sealed properly so there is trapped water between the two surfaces, creating a waterbed effect under your feet while you shower...I can only imagine what the trapped water looks like. Finally we went to the pool and the hot tub was noted as open, got in and tried the button to start...didn’t work...went to the front desk 2 times to ask about it, and both times they said it was just locked out and that a maintenance staff would be done right away to start it. After waiting another hour the staff showed up to kick everyone out of the pool/hot tub because of the time, I asked him about the hot tub and he said they are missing a part...why can’t the front desk staff be honest about the situation. Very nice staff, building needs some work and customer service advice.

There was a marijuana joint in my floor so the room was not cleaned properly, the housekeeper said the “F” word multiple times as my kids were going by her because her “F”ing card wouldn’t work and the hockey team that was staying there knocked in my door all night and ran

Rooms not clean.alot stain on window and shower curtains, black grouth on shower ceramics. Pillows and mattresses are overdue. No elevator .pieces of furniture and one fridge run down. Had book 1 room with 2 queen bed for 2 adultes , a 14 and a 17 years old. When we arrived had a room with one double bed with a hide a bed, due to overbooking from there part. And after complaning. Received another room with double bed.

Was impressed! We had a great stay at Ramada Fredericton. Staff were very helpful and kind. Very pleased
