The area was fine. It was convenient for visiting family but I will never stay at this hotel again. The hotel is very dated. Paint peeling off the ceiling, and bathroom vanity. There was an odd smell. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. There was possibly blood spatter on my bathroom door. The air conditioner was so loud it sounded like heavy bass music coming from another room. The hotel was mainly empty but they put me in a room facing the interior courtyard and the ballroom. I came back from a long day my second night and there was a party going on in that ballroom. I could hear the music as if it were in my room. This went on until about 11:30. Then I woke up at 3:30am to someone next door partying with what sounded like the same sound system. So frustrating when you just want to sleep. Another weird thing about this place is there is little to no parking near any of the doors. Kind of sketchy when you are a woman alone at night.

Poor breakfast. Poor selection, little fruit. Broken elevator, nearly got stuck in the elevator. Employee smokes cannabis, smell in stairwell, used stairwell as both elevators have issues. Door locks break down, was not the only one to complain. One colleague locked out of his room for the night, slept in the exercise area. Request for housekeeping went unheeded. Great front desk staff. Great venue for conventions.

Hotel is very outdated, not even microwaves in rooms, very family unfriendly and really dirty AC units, I had to use a sheet to filter the air coming from the AC. If you are with a family forget this place. Transiting alone and need a cheap place to spend the night on a tight budget, could be OK for you. I was with a family and everyone agreed the place was not good. Great staff, but outdated facility.
The linens and bathroom were clean, but the room overall was grubby (frayed carpets, torn shower curtain, etc) and had not been vacuumed well in places. None of the amenities were available, including housekeeping, due to Covid restrictions. Even so, when I asked the front desk for clean towels and additional coffee for our room, the staff member was surly as if affronted I had interrupted them. I was not impressed.
There was no restaurant or bar on site. This was allegedly based on Covid restrictions, but appeared to be due to lack of sufficient staff. Although the hotel was quiet and convenient for us, I would check what amenities are available before booking it again.
Property was clean and quiet; easy access from main road. Professional and friendly personnel.
Loud wedding party down the hall , found throw up in front of our door in the morning ….. too much partying and a bit too loud the night before
Didn't have CBS network available so missed second NFL games.
The property is nice and it is close to shoping and it is very quiet office area. The room are spacious and they have a fridge so you can keep things cool. It is also not too far from Rockvillle center. Trafic is moderate to low ln the area. Overall it is good.
I like that it was close to where I needed to be and cost effective. Did not like the dampness within the building but it was summer time.
