Apartment in Fratte Rosa with Apennine Views

26 km from the sea, on the hill, 450 meters above sea level, in the historic center of Fratte Rosa, (famous for its artisanal production of terracotta), near the city walls, there is this eighteenth-century house in which there are only 2 apartments. From the windows there is a wonderful view of the valley and the Apennine mountains. It is a real balcony on the Apennines! About 50 meters away there are public gardens with benches, the church with a small square, the town hall, the bakery that makes fragrant bread and typical sweets, two restaurants; about 100 meters away the post office, the sports area. The tour of the walls is beautiful, from which you can also enjoy the view of the Adriatic Sea and where the arches, the quiet streets, the buttresses overlook, and where you can meet kind people who are open to dialogue. You are in the center of a quiet town with the smells, flavors and way of life of the past. About 20 km away is the sea of Marotta, about 30 km away is the beach and the sea of Fano, a city of Roman origins. About 20 km away is Pergola with its famous gilded bronzes, Mondavio with its fortress, the medieval Barchi, 30 km away is Urbino (the city of Raphael and the Ducal Palace), 60 km away is Gubbio and 90 km away is the mystical Assisi. The apartment is on 2 floors: • on the first floor there are two rooms: 1) living room with sofa, television, fireplace, semi-spiral staircase, kitchenette, 2) dining room with dining area; • on the second floor, (which is accessed via the spiral staircase inside the living room or via a shared staircase outside it), there are 1) a double bedroom, 2) a twin bedroom, 3) a single bedroom and 4) the bathroom with tub and washing machine. The furniture is with restored furniture from the 1950s thirty-forty and with doors also from the 18th century; in the living room there are original oak beams and walls, in part, with exposed bricks and stones
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Only dogs up to shoulder height 50 cm allowed. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
