The location was convenient, and the parking was easy. Did not appreciate that we had to pay $8.00 for outdoor self-parking. Have never had to pay for parking to stay at a hotel with this type of outdoor lot. The staff was not very friendly and did not give us our Hilton Honors bag with bottled water until my husband went out looking for water to purchase. Then, they remembered...

Very nice stay at the Hilton. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Whenever we visit Raleigh, I think the Hilton will be my number one spot.
Not very clean, stained upholstery, ripped furniture, rusted light fixtures, dirty floors in elevator and bathroom. Would not stay there again. Outdated and dirty. Needs a deep cleaning and repair in lobby and rooms

I would like to give a special shout out to Sonia from the front desk. She was extremely helpful and accommodating in a situation that was very stressful for me. My flight was canceled and rebooked for a day later than originally planned and she was very helpful in helping me rebook my room at the hotel, so that I knew I at least had a place to stay. I really appreciated her assistance and hospitable demeanor.
The elevator broke down while you were there. So the waits were long. The hotel was at capacity so understandable
