Trash can under sink was not empty from previous renter on arrival. Bath towels were not soft and rough on the skin. Urine/weird smell in the hallway. Parking was limited due to large shipping containers in the back of the property and making it harder to park larger vehicles. Staffs were nice.
Our room had not been cleaned when we checked in so it was a bit gross coming into a dirty room after a long day of travel. The evening shift staff lacked empathy! we had to wait another hour and a half to get our room cleaned. Ultimately, the room was decent. Although the remote did not work, the phone did not work & neither did the fireplace.
Needs updates, carpeting had holes in it, frayed. Only one wine glass, no forks, 2 light bulbs were not working The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The sweet lady who took care of it was wonderful and helpful. She kept the area so clean and fully stocked with food.

I’ve been to Staybridge several times in the past but had never booked on my own. I booked the king suite with the whirlpool. My stay was amazing my only recommendation would be that it’s time to update the furniture in the rooms. The huge old school brown dresser in the sitting area is just unnecessary. The couch, end tables in both the livingroom and bedroom are outdated. Also some of the towels had stains. Overall great stay though

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. It was clean, friendly and convenient. We had one issue with the running toilet but after a few jiggles, it stopped. We would visit again.

I did not like that there is no door on the whole bathroom only the shower, toilet area. I liked the kitchenette.

The staff was fabulous. Very friendly and helpful. I felt that the housekeeping could have been more attentive. I asked for weekend housekeeping service and did not get any new towels or any other service on Sunday.
