Will never again rent in that hotel, the front desk person was very rude when we asked him for information he kept telling us to shut up and listen to him. They only clean the room once and that was because we stop the cleaning lady when she was cleaning the room of a departed guest and she only changed towels and emptied the trash. We had to buy soap and toilet paper. Like I said before we will never again stay in a Hotel from that chain
The pictures of this property are very misleading. This property is very run down and could use a lot of TLC! The garbage cans outside were full of flies and a horrible smell. The breakfast was the best part. The dining area was clean and food was good.

The property was very quiet and a nice, easy location. The front desk attendants at check in and check out were both very nice. The hotel was perfect for what we were looking for and a great price.
Overall the room Was disgustungly dirty. The bathroom had mold around the sink and tub everything smelled musty and dirty. Carpet was gross.

My daughter dropped an earring between bed and nightstand and when she reached in between to grab it, she pulled out a pair of someone’s dirty underwear. When I went to front desk to address the situation, they did nothing but tell me that a manager would be there sometime late the next day. They looked just as disgusted as I was, but I didn’t even get an apology. I was very disappointed in how this situation was handled.
It took over 40 minutes from the minute I stepped in the door until I got into my room . The woman at the front desk kept apologizing and said if I hadn't pre-paid, she would discount my stay. When I got to my room, the curtains were torn and parts were barely hanging, the bathroom was dirty as well. I knew how long it took the customer ahead of me to change rooms and I was so tired from traveling that I just went to bed.
For the price it was a great place to stay. Clean.

Needs a rehab, the A/c in most rooms does not work they are so old and dirty!! Beds have stains on the sides of the shams, just gross!
The A.C. was broke. There was a smell in the room and mole in the tub area.
I had several things needing repair in my room when I entered. Maintenance could be better but I will say I gave a list to the desk in the morning and later that day all the items had been fixed. Still, I will list a couple items: apparently the maids do not look behind the fridge/microwave stack where there are lots of dropped items. Don’t expect them to move the fridge but they could tell maintenance. Whomever fixed the loose toilet seat used bolts too big to allow the seat to remain upright. The microwave oven in the room did not have enough power/wattage to pop a bag of popcorn from Costco. Probably not a problem for a one night stay, but as I was there for 7 I brought some things to zap in the room. Overall the hotel staff was pleasant and the hotel was clean and pleasing to walk through.
