Ramada Hotel Frankfurt City Center

4.0 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

This hotel has a good location close to high street shopping and near to the river. The reception staff are very kind and helpful. Late checkout is expensive which adds to travel costs. So if your flight is in the evening you can budget for paying an extra night for late checkout. The buffet breakfast is good but it's an extra charge. The business rooms are much nicer than the standard rooms.

Rooms are too small. Noise from the restaurant is really bad/

The hotel was easy to find and reach from the airport. Check-in was fast and the room quite nice.

Loved the room, neat, good air conditioning, accessible in the city center and good customer service.

Internet did not work at all, they should clarify this

The hotel is right next to the Frankfurt main station and in the heart of downtown. Very easy to access the city by foot.

It was really good and clean. people were very helpful. i will come back when i get vacation again in germany

I stayed in this hotel some 3 years ago and then it was ok, I remeber friendly staff a nice but simple buffet. Areas were celan etc Today is horrible, it is like a 2 star motel. Although location might be good is almost the red district so if you are with children is uncomfortable specially at night. Overall is a terrinle hotel: not nice, not clean, looks and feels very very old. Cheap though....

2 diffrent buildings are being connected through a coridor and there is a lebanese restourant in this coridor which makes hotel in a very cheap looking

every thing was excellent staff very cooperative the location to train station makes our trip enjoyable

No Air condition, Very hot. It was much more pleasant outside than inside. Room was very small even in european standard

This hotel is near the train station, so it's convenient. But, it's also near the red light district. The hotel definitely needs to be updated. If you are looking for a cheap hotel, it's OK (for students, etc., but I am looking for a bit nicer, as a business traveler).

good service for good price

Got there late at night. Hading to leave early in the morning. Desk clerk put together a sandwich and apple for my breakfast.

The best part of the hotel was that we were able to get ice at the restaurant! That proved to be a real challenge throughout much of Europe.
