We stayed at this hotel for one night while visiting the Christmas markets in Frankfurt. It’s a very business-friendly hotel located in a business park near the Frankfort airport. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A very nice lounge area with good bar food. The breakfast buffet is excellent.
My husband and I were staying at the Sheraton Hotel for a few days. We had a very friendly busboy assisting us with our luggage. His name was Ali Eddouz and he made our stay worth while. Due to unforeseen airline delays and traveling with our dog we missed our flight home. When Ali saw us return he was generally concerned and helped us secure a room for the night. We are so very grateful and want this exceptional employee recognized. Sincerely, The Hannibals and Rosebud the pug
As with many, stranded due to bad weather where Lufthansa cancelled all flights... Whilst Hotel is located close-ish to the airport, you’re really stuck in an industrial estate that is only busy Monday to Friday 9-5. Rooms in dire need of upgrade, whilst clean, very outdated (lack of electric sockets etc.). Staff very pleasant, the biggest draw to the hotel. My sincerest compliments to Simon, he was outstanding and should be commended (multi lingual, full of cheer during a extremely busy period AND booked my friend and I a spectacular restaurant ‘Thai and Turf’ 10 minutes away and taxi journey, thank you Simon)
Unfortunately forced to stay in this substandard hotel thanks to Lufthansa after getting stuck due to poor weather. Lufthansa provide 20 euros per person for dinner in this hotel. The main restaurant is not offered, however a terrible buffet with plain pasta, rice, and extremely bland food similar to your worst school dinner is given instead. The staff are rude when you ask why. I wonder if Lufthansa know the hotel stick on a cheap as chips buffet for 40 euros. The hotel is dated and stuck in 1970s. Would definitely not recommend it ever.
The front desk was very helpful to tourist. Spoke English very well. They were helpful with directions. It was very close to the Airport. The in house restaurant was very good. The room was clean. It has everything you need. The morning breakfast had a good variety and fresh food. Across the parking lot is a deli. It is a 3 block walk to trains. For downtown trips or regional.
Incredibly dated hotel. Tired decor. Far from town. Slowest WiFi imaginable. Executive club floor, but small bed with 100% polyester pillows. Too expensive at half the price. Can’t imagine too many Goldman Sachs bankers staying here. The restaurant steak and wine were ok, though.
This hotel is just ok, it needs to be modernized. It has a nice pool, gym has everything you need but it’s in a compact space. The location is close to the airport and train access is right out front of the hotel. Limited on food options.
We stayed here recently in order to be near to the airport for our departing flight. My room had everything I needed-- even and ironing board and iron. The bed was quite comfortable, and there was good bedside lamp. I especially appreciated being able to open my window to get some cool fresh air. The hotel features a bar and a restaurant, but we wanted to explore the city center a bit and the friendly staff recommended an excellent bier garten. Even with the open window the room was quiet. A good option if you are going through Frankfurt.
Our first stop in Germany. It was under construction and the staff was very accommodating because of it. Rooms are small and need renovating for sure but rooms were comfortable enough. Rooms did not have air conditioning that worked. I now know that it is common not to have air in Germany but at the time it was not comfortable for us. The best part of this hotel is the staff. They went out of their way several times to insure we were happy. They even opened their restaurant just so we could have a good meal. I can't say enough about them. We would stay here again just for the staff!!
The staff and the rooms are good. There’s a tram outside that connects you to any part of the city. Location wise it’s not that suitable though. Staff are top notch though at any point of time and are very helpful There are no supermarket or eating options nearby except for a few restaurants for the office goers.
