I stayed one night in Innside Frankfurt during my business trip. Most likely I would choose it again as it offered a pleasant evening with nice interior and decent breakfast. One downside was lactose free dairy products only available on request and then served cold. Otherwise staff was polite and the bed cosy, I will surely return.
First time ever have I heard of a hotel having to turn off their AC in all rooms from 11pm till 6am (sleep time). Was suffocating in my stuffy room throughout the stay. WIFI isn't free and was charged when I checked out without being notified earlier. When dining in the restaurant (especially dinner), be prepared to wait for at least 40 minutes.
Perfect hotel. This is our second time that we were staying in one of Melia hotels and in both time it was just perfect. The rooms, the service, the atmosphire and the food. We came with two little kids that have joined the buiness trip and there was alot of tolerance to them, althogh they did some mess on the breakfast time. We asked for a room service and got it in about 10 minutes. We got help for directions and map for the city and any other help we asked for.
A nice hotel, service can improve, especially front desk. Breakfast is good. Low amount of free Wi-Fi available. must pay if over initial free amount, most places are unlimited. Rooms are good, A/C didn't work. Not my best stay at a hotel.
The hotel was much cheaper of other hotels in Frankfurt (many were full booked for the ongoing textile fair) but the quality was more than the average 3-4 stars hotel The location is quite (perhaps a bit too much) but perfect for someone who wants to relax after a busy day. The central station is one stop distance by S-Bahn. The restaurant was very good and the atmosphere relaxed. The room was confortable and the breakfast offerered various and good quality food. Staff friendly. Will definitely choose this hotel again. More than recommended
Good size rooms and TV. Nice windows (not much to say about the view). The beds are OK, perhaps a little small. Bathroom is a glass cabin in the room, but its good. Good internet cable connection but very bad WIFI unless you pay. It's not much, for 6€ you get all the internet you want, but, is it really neccessary?. Breakfast is average, and service is good. Couldn't visit the fitness center, sorry for that.
This hotel is located well in the business district with a bar/restaurant attached. The service is good and accommodations are nice, but the shower is the highlight. Fully glass shower open to the room, quite an interesting experience.
Ideal hotel to use if you are staying in the business district. The hotel is very modern with nice rooms. Bed is great, shower is a cubicle in the middle of the room - very different. Very good breakfast and other facilities. Free mini-bar with soft drinks and water. Free wifi only up to 500M, quite slow. Rather pay the Euro 6 for a daypass with really fast access.
The rooms are nice and well designed. The glass shower in the middle of the room is currently very trendy. I've never quite understood that feature, especially in a business hotel. If I were off on an erotic adventure, that might be a great feature. But if you find yourself in Frankfurt Niederrad on that type of an adventure, you've got issues that no hotel review can help you with. My main complaint about the hotel is its location. The hotel is in the middle of the least charming place in Frankfurt. It is a section of the city comprised exclusively of office buildings and parking lots that seems to be disconnected from any sign of life. If you have business at any of the nearby offices, this is surely a great location. But if you want to take a stroll and see anything interesting, you'll be sorely disappointed. On the positive side, this hotel did not engage in price gouging when every other hotel was charging insane rates (close to $1,000 per night) because the world's largest sanitation conference was in town. I was thankful to find the place. I thought I was going to have to take a train to Cologne to find a reasonably priced room. My one other complaint concerns my experience checking in. I had had a long day of travel and was anxious to settle in. While trying to check in, the phone kept ringing at the front desk and the attendant kept giving priority to the caller over me. It has always bugged me when people in service professions treat phone calls as more important than the people in front of them. What is it about phone calls that makes people think it is appropriate to drop what they are doing and respond to the call? All of that said, the room was comfortable and I had a very pleasant stay and great rest. Overall my impression was positive and I have a favorable regard for the brand. I will certainly consider staying at another one of their locations. I just hope life never takes me to Buerostadt Niederrad again.
I stayed here recently on a business trip. Rooms are small but well designed so they don't feel it - clean and comfortable. The restaurant was excellent - food excellent quality and a nice atmosphere. Reception were very friendly and efficient. I didn't try the gym so can't comment on that. All in all, a very pleasant stay.
