This is a good hotel close to train station and it is near underground commune system.

First at all, I reserved a non smoking room and the room has an ash tray and smells smoke everywhere. There is no isolation at all and you can hear all the noise from the street and the station located in front of the hotel. There was also loud music until 4 am. Your choice, but I never recommend it to a friend.

Having stayed previously, I was aware of the exceptional free amenities provided by this hotel located conveniently next to main train station. These include free minibar and free wi-fi and free buffet breakfast. Plus, checkout is at noon, rather than 11 am. These offset the negatives which include no AC (they did provide a fan), and the need to ask for a non street side room, to avoid all the traffic noise. There's also 2 small, slow elevators which can sometimes be annoying during busy periods of the day. The wi-fi has annoying censorship limits, apparently. All in all, an exceptional value for those on a budget, with appropriate expectations.

My wife and I stayed for just one day and one night as we had a flight to catch back to Toronto the next day. The location is unbeatable, just across the road from Frankfurt main Train Station. The check is was very quick, the room was very clean and quiet just as we'd expected. The morning breakfast was very elaborate, service was also excellent. Although the internet was slow (just ok) I would still stay here again.

Good Hotel. Good Location-just by Frankfurt Main Station. Good Service-free internet, free afternoon drinks, cakes and fruit, even free mini bar at room! Very friendly staff. Smoking room for someone need it. I will stay again when next time to Frankfurt.

The room is just okey, but the breakfast is awesome. Very impressive on the selection. Smoked salmon for breakfast.

Old byt clean and rennovated hotel, the deluxe room are big and have a balcony, comfortable beds, free minibar are big PLUS,WI-FI connection is ok.The hausеkeepers are very fast, some of recepcionists are not very friendly and behaved. When we arrived at the night there are nowone at the reception and the man who come after 15 min ( i think he was sleeping) are not very kind...The same recepcionist close the automatic doors the next nights too without any adwise and explanation..... Тhe breakfast are very reach and till 11 hour (was very good)

This is a great place to stay if you are looking for convenience, comfort, and value. The property is across the street from the main train station, so the hotel is a great place to stay if traveling Europe by train. The staff is friendly, helpful, and most speak English. The room is a good size and the items in the mini fridge are free. There was no A/C in our room, but there was a portable fan which helped tremendously. The TV in the room was quite small, but it carried some English speaking news programs. The WiFi was free in the room, but it was only good for checking email, not for Instagram, streaming, etc. The best part of our stay was the outstanding breakfast buffet. There were so many choices of food to eat; you will not go away hungry. The least favorite thing about the property is the property's parking garage. Since we had a small rental car, we could easily manuvour it, but if you have a large sedan or SUV, you may run across a challenge. Also, it costs 20 euros a day to park in it, which we did not know about until check out.

Great location, right across the train station. Good breakfast, free mini bar with soda, water, beer. Helpful staffs. However, it's extremely noisy. My room faces the street and there are noises from the street and train all night. I can also hear people walking in the hall way and people next door taking shower. Room is very basic, there's no air conditioner so it gets hot.

Good location, nice breakfast, but the room close to the station side is extremely noisy.

Although the room was admittedly small and the hard floors were a bit off putting, the free minibar and then the amazing breakfast more than made up for it. Best breakfast experience I have had in my life at a hotel, and that includes paid ones. Also a very convenient location just steps from the Frankfurt station.

Great location, excellent price. The hotel is very ordinary. Elevators are slow. Rooms basic but clean.

really great location if u need to be near the train station. short walk to nice spots by the river

good location, clean, near city attractions, comfortable.

Overall very good but the bathroom is too small and no electric water kettle.

I was very surprised for what I got for what I paid. Room is small (expected) but clean and neat. The bad: One star decrease was for shower/bathroom. It's really small and may get uncomfortable for bigger person. Sink was quite small as well and shelf above it was in a way. The only real issue was with water regulator in a shower. The hot water was scalding hot. And it was hard to adjust lever for proper temperature balance. And considering the shower size any move could knock it off delivering either steamy or freezing stream. The good: free mini bar, including decent beer and soft drinks. Breakfast was one of the best i had for free. Items including smoked salmon and variety of quality cheeses. I would probably estimate 20% or room rate just for breakfast. If you travel in couple that can save you on its own. Central location, across the street from the entrance to the central railway terminal. Easy access to everything. Oh, and bath robe and slippers were included (!). The ugly: I was harassed by two beggars within 100m between terminal and hotel. They were polite and non aggressive though. Still parted with 3 euros. One was good enough to speak English well and showed me the way around :) Highly recommended for budget traveler. I decide to stay there again on my next travel.

this hotel was the worse that I have ever been in. There was bugs flying around the room, birds that kept us wake all night. The beds were not on frames that mattress and box spring were on the floor. I have two hip replacements and a knee replacement so it was hard for me to get up and down from the bed. My daughter was afraid to see that something was going to crawl on her.

We used the hotel as a center point to take day trips to other towns like Heidelburg and koln and nurmburg. The location of the hotel made this so convenient. Also the breakfast at the hotel was excellent and served a variety of foods for everyone.
