Excellent central location friendly staff but the lady at the reception with check in wasn’t nice or cooperative and needed to be more helpful I hope the management take care of this as I stayed several times before and this could affect the hotel reputation

The location near a transportation hub (train, S-bah, U-bahn and bus) is excellent, but there are several hotels around the main train station. What set this one apart was the free mini-bar in the room and the large breakfast buffet, which was great for the reasonable price of the rooms.

Beware - rooms not as shown
The room shown online was absolutely NOTHING like what we got. The room pictured was modern, spacious and nice looking. Our room was tiny, cramped, not a foot between beds and walls. Decorated in 1980. Pro-location. And yes, 2 beer, Pepsi and waters in mini bar. Cons- instead of a vent for the bathroom there was a hole in the wall between the bedroom and bathroom... yes, a HOLE that was about 6”x4”... in this day an age?? Luckily it was a family only trip. Would have been extremely awkward with friends as it looked INTO THE BATHTUB. Bathtub itself did not seal properly so we had to keep water running to have a bath. The “tea and coffee in the lobby” seemed to be Only first thing in the AM and once gone was not replenished. I would not recommend this hotel.
