We’re not sure if we should dine in or go out. Stayed in. Dinner was excellent and service fantastic. Highly recommended

In the business district and near a train station, Holiday Inn Frankfurt Airport is in an area with good airport proximity. Maintower and Römer are notable landmarks, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Zeil Shopping District and Skyline Plaza. Check out an event or a game at Commerzbank-Arena, and consider making time for Palmengarten, a top attraction not to be missed.
Good hotel, but service not good. Restaurant closes at 9.30 pm but has 24 hour bar where we can get pizza and drinks. Pizza was good tried Margarita. Breakfast options are limited not in line with Holiday Inn. There was no croissant from 9.45 am onwards. Chef brought freshly baked ones at 10.20 am. Since closing time is 10.30 am the Indian guy at the breakfast told the chef to take back. There were at least 5 to 7 people having breakfast at that time and later on 2 more people joined. Having such people at breakfast control is bad for reputation of Holiday Inn and have never seen such poor hospitality, such people should not be hired by hotel as they spoil image of the hotel and chain. Really unhappy with such a person who was made incharge at breakfast. Should be taken to task by hotel Management, firstly why it was not avaliable for 35 min from 9.45 to 10.20 am and who authorised him to ask the chef to take back. This is today 8 Jan 2020. We stayed in room 147.
