The staff guy was super nice and the hotel was impressively clean and very spacious. The location was excellent to where I needed to go. I will definitely come back on my next trip to Frankfurt
Everything was great about this hotel, it is in brand new conditions. The staff who was there on Saturday is a really great person, I am definitely coming back
This hotel is located very close to the train station but I don't believe it's worth what I paid per one night. It was a small room for 3, no parking and not too many things around.
Nice location. Close walk to the train station but in a quiet little neighborhood.
The location is very good just 5 minutes walking from the train station. Clean and a good bed. The hotel is in the center but is very quiet and safe.
For a solo traveller, I had a single room. It was very small. There's no air conditioning, just a fan and if you take a drink from the mini bar, you have to pay when you check out. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast for 14 Euros was good. The location of the hotel is hard to find at first but you have to walk near the end of the train station, where the buses are and then walk down the street. It's literally a 5-10 minute walk.
The hotel is located walking distance from the main station. Very clean, generous fast wifi. Good service. Convenient, quiet even though it is central. There is no lobby there for meetings, but plenty of pubs and restaurants around. I shall stay there next time when in Frankfurt.
Located in a quiet side street in walking distance to the central station -- south, towards the river, not in the seedy part east. Modern and very clean facility. They provide free WLAN access (stable and fast). I had a spacious single room on the 7th floor (rebuilt attic) without AC.
It was good standard hotel, considering the price. But facility was tiny and little difficult to find the location.
I needed to spend a night in Frankfurt for logistical reasons. The (single) room was VERY small, but had all one could need: a desk, a min-bar which could also serve as a small fridge. The staff is friendly and generally competent. They give out 24 hour WiFi "passes" liberally; I got one for a laptop and another for an iPhone. Did not try their breakfast (seemed overpriced), just walked to a bakery on Muenchener Strasse. Walk from the train station (Hauptbanhof) is very easy (go to the southern exit), particularly if you look at the map beforehand or have a smartphone; otherwise (I think) the street is to small to make the big map inside the station.
The hotel was conveniently located close to the trolley line. This made it easy to get to various locations. Rooms were clean. The price was right.
The location of the hotel was great. You are walking distance to the main bus/train station and walking distance to museum and shops. My only complaint was there was no AC.
It was all that I needed: Clean, quite and good service. I recommend it to anyone who is not after a big expensive suit, but rather simply needs a nice clean room for a few nights. The staff was pleasant and helpful.
There was nothing out of the ordinary here. It was a good place to stay next to the main train station. There is a great resturant on the corner near the hotel. The staff was nice. Didn't have the breakfast b/c it was way too much when the German backeries are great.

Dear Maria, thank you very much for your stay and for your feedback. Our Hotel is located in a quiet living area, between the Central Railway Station and the Main river. You can easily walk within 20 minutes along the river, on a beautiful Side walk to the old town and city center. Across the river is the Museums Allee and you have a lot of bars and restaurants near by at 3 minutes walking distance. We are sorry the location and your experience didn´t meet your expectations. The Hotel has his own parking with splots in the backyard and 2 garages in the basement for 15 Euros per night and also on the next street you have a public parking. Again thank you for taking the time to review our Hotel, we would like to make things right if you give us another chance. Looking forward to welcoming you back soon. Kind regards, Favored Hotel Plaza Team
