Front desk guy was very helpful and courteous.
We arrived 40 minutes early and were told we couldn't check in until 3pm became there were no clean rooms yet. We stayed here a year ago and were told exactly the same thing. We unloaded our luggage and waited in the lobby in plain view of the front desk. We thought that the front desk person would have let us know as soon as a room was available. Not the case. We went to the desk at 3:10, waited several minutes while clerk finished a call then he said "what's the name, hon?" Not happy!
There was construction next door that started pretty early in the morning. It usually started between 6-7 am.

Room was spacious, nice large pillows, comfortable bed. Hotel appears newer, and room even has usb ports in the walls and accent lighting. Only negative, bathroom door was hung uneven and would not stay open, always closed behind you. Would stay here again.
Check in was easy with Orbitz. The staff is as really niice. My room was clean and updated. The breakfast was above average.

We arrived well ahead of schedule thanks to light traffic. Thought we would have to wait 2-3 hours for our room but the desk staff said no problem and went ahead and checked us in. Our room had been recently remodeled and was wonderful. We did not even notice that the remodeling is still underway. They keep it so clean and quiet. Highly recommend.
The staff were all EXTREMELY kind and hospitable, the hotel was clean, the room was very clean and comfortable, everything was quite, and it was a great location for me. I will definitely be staying here again when I am driving between Virgina and Missouri.
