My wife and I spent 3 nights at the Harbor hotel. The lobby is warm and welcoming, but the room was very plain and basic. Breakfast was good and the restaurant was fine also. The concierge desk was very helpful in setting up trips to both the Brazil and Argentine side of the Falls, as well as for a dinner show in town.

The location is very convenient. Easy to take bus/shuttle from airport to hotel, and from hotel to the Falls. The breakfast buffet is adequate, but dinner lacks choices.

It's a very good hotel .I like it . It has good service and good staff

This hotel is close to Brazil side of Iguasu Falls and the airport, and provides transportation to both sides of the falls at a reasonable cost. The tour staffs were friendly. The buffet breakfast was very good. However, the room we stayed was dark in the basement. The bed was soft and its linen and towels were old and tired, even the linen had some holes. The hotel is isolated and needs a car to get any places. Nevertheless, we felt ok to stay a couple of days to see the falls only.

Really close to the Falls. We visited Iguassu Falls, the Bird Park, and a day trip to Argentina for lunch. The front desk is very helpful and friendly. I needed a pharmacy and they arranged delivery to the front desk for small fee from the pharmacy. I was so thankful. The bar is comfortable and the pool is delightful. There is table tennis and a small pool table. There is also a small hike around the property. It is definitely a family place. We were all adults, so without a car, we were a bit bored in the evening at this resort. The rooms are very basic and a bit dark. Overall a nice little resort with a really nice staff. I would recommend this. Just have a car.

If you are Rich and like to give unnecessary amounts of money away to tourist agencies, than stay at this hotel! The foreigners are blatantly treated like cash machines, and the hotel charges 50-70 R$ each person to drive you 8-15mins. Keep in mind the taxis are involved in this scam, so you are stuck if you don't rent a car. TAKE THE BUS, if you stay here, the bus stop is really close. If you stay at the hotel, this place is ok, but the staff is small and overworked, and the 1.3km ride to the airport will cost you 20$. I would seriously look at a different hotel, our whole stay there, was a constant struggle to avoid the tourist trap!

Some of the review of this hotel was not accurate so I ended up booking it. The hotel is located about one miles from the entrance of the Iguazu Falls National Park. There is a bus stop (not a bus terminal as one of the previous review indicated) near the hotel gate. The hotel is only for those who visit the Iguazu Falls as it is quite a way from the center of the town of Foz do Iguazu. There is no money change service in the hotel, although they allow tourists to put all the expenses in the room. But be careful that eventually the hotel will change all the expenses with 10% services fee. If you buy the internext service (R$4 for 30 minute) of a bottle f coke and put them in your room, they there will be an extra 10% eventually when you pay. That is not fair since if you pay cash in the first place, there was no extra 10% service fee. The restaurant in the hotel is good but seemed ti be a little pricy since there was no other choices for the tourists. Some of the hotel staff were good while a few others were not. One staff told me that they would have money change service at 8am, and others told me that they never had money exchange service. When I checked in the hotel room, the bell boy found a huge spider in the room. When I requested the change of room, they wanted to charge the extra money. After I refused, they gave me a smaller room, although they allowed me to see it first and make decision. In general, the hotel has an odd combination, an good location for the park but a lousy hotel rooms.

Just minutes from the airport. Also walking distance to the waterfalls and bird park.

This hotel is fairly basic but it is within walking distance to the entrance to the Brazil side of Iguacu. A travel agency located in the lobby will easily arrange for tours of the Argentine side. Americans do not require visas for Agentina which is a relief after payin $160.00 for the Brazil visa! Both sides of the falls should be visited as should the aviary located to the right just before entering the welcome area of the Brazil side of the falls.

A lovely, well maintained hotel with an incredible free breakfast buffet. We also purchased the dinner buffet on two nights and were excited about the scrumptious Brazilian dishes! The staff was attentive, even helping repair a suitcase that had been damaged by the airlines. Wonderful first stay in Brazil and base for Iguazu Falls!

Very clean, excellent staff, good breakfast with lots of choices. Within walking distance of the Falls entrance. Helpful without being pushy. Multilingual staff, English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Very clean and large swimming pool, and a kiddy pool too.
