It was ok. Last minute family emergency. So wasnt to focused on much.

Bee hives out side our door. Outlet covers missing , smoke detector missing. Extra lock on door did not lock. Slow tub drain. Did not charge our sheets after staying 2 nights. Bed frame not screwed to wall( fell down).

This is an older hotel with suites. Plenty of room. Loved that. Well maintained on the inside and decently maintained on the outside. I thought it was great for the price. That's what I look for.

bathroom sink completely clogged. Dirty towels left in bathroom when we arrived

Room smells old. At least update carpets and fresh paint. Landscaping is also sad/dead.

Room was comfortable and cozy. Very clean. Good breakfast. The staff was very accommodating. Wish I could have stayed longer, would be the perfect place for extended stay.

I prepaid a 6 day stay here. Stayed one night. Room had dust caked everywhere, mold and water stains on ceiling, insect nests, filthy sliding door. The next morning I called orbitz to facilitate refund. Was told to try another room. Saw about 5 others all the same. Took another room, gutters overflowing with rotting leaves, peeling paint on stairs, landing covered with leaves.. no visible mold inside. Stayed another night. Mistake. Had asthma attack and pleaded with mgr. for refund. Mgr took no responsibility for deplorable room condition and referred to recent acquisition and ongoing rehab. Received partial refund. Should have had whole stay comped. Shocked that the Wyndham name is at all connected with this place. Am reporting it to Health Dept.

During the evening a rat crawled onto the night stand and started eating chips from a bag that was in the night stand. The vent in the upstairs bathroom was extremely dirty and looked as through the dust had never been cleaned from it. Dust particles were hanging from vent about a half in long

This hotel needs some work done. The layout of the suite allowed for my son to have his own loft bedroom which was nice. But the unit really needs maintenance. The toilet in the master bedroom was leaky so it kept refilling and very loudly. The ice machine in the refrigerator didn't work and there were little cleaning supplies in the kitchen. There was strong rainfall and water seeped in between the walls and the plaster/paint. The staff was very nice, but didn't follow through on requests. For example, we were out for the day and when we returned at 5pm, our room was not made up. I called the front desk and said that I would like the room serviced. Their response was that it was late and housekeeping was getting ready to leave, so all we got was fresh towels. The next day I called the front desk before we left and asked that our room be serviced. When we returned late afternoon, the room was still not touched. Poor service.

Booked due to online reviews. For the price and location the hotel works. If you are accustomed to staying at a high end hotel such as the Omini in Ft. Worth don't waste your time. There is no substitute, you get what you pay for. One note the entire staff was awesome and accommodating.

We stayed here when visiting TCU and again upon coming to bring our little Frog home. It is walking distance to breakfast, lunch and dinner places and only a mile from TCU. It is very clean, spacious and comfortable. The townhouse style offers lots of privacy for a peaceful night sleep before a long drive home and the living quarters mean you can relax without lying on a bed. I'm afraid this best kept secret will get out about how convenient and reasonably priced it is.

Hotel has great location, close to restaurants and the venue where the competition was. The only problem was the noise of the train every couple of hours.

I completely underestimated this hotel!! We booked it last minute for a night out on the town for a birthday, and we were thoroughly impressed. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and huge! There was a full sized kitchen, living area and 2 full beds for the price of a small economy single bed room. Will definitely stay again!

Hotel was nice and Clean and suited our needs very well. I would consider staying again if i have the need to. Staff was very nice and helpful as well.

Great experience at the hotel. Nothing too fancy, but was great to have two separate places for the parents and kids with two bathrooms.

Room was really nice. Looks like studio apartments converted to be hotel. So the room was pretty big and definitely worth the price.

The location was great -- right next to the FW Zoo and near many area attractions. This is an older place and our "2 room suite" was a full flight of stairs to the outside entrance and had an open loft for the second bedroom, which did not work well for our family of 3 generations. We did not receive housekeeping services 2 of the 4 days we were there. Very small swimming pool. Complimentary hot breakfast was a bit above average.

Good location, near downtown and zoo, but the rooms need an update. Looks old

Though the appearance is not updated, our stay at the Hawthorne Suites was wonderful! It did not feel like we were at a hotel, but it felt like we rented an apartment. The room was clean, and had a great view of the Trinity River. Also, it was only minutes away from the Zoo, Stockyards, and Botanic Gardens. My children and wife want to come back again!

The facility was conveniently located to everything we wanted to attend. Staff was great, friendly, responsive. Very good value for the price. Highly recommended.
