This hotel shouldn't qualify for online booking. It was horrible.

The hotel checked our room to someone who was not myself or my husband. There were no towels in the room for a shower. Room was clean and good for the money.

First of all, my name is wrong on this e-mail survey you sent me.. That is my son, who has nothing to do with this transaction. I had a confirmation number on my print-out from the company that is very popular and used from people all over the world, and it offers pkg. deals for a cheaper deal. and the hotel clerk(manager) did not even have me listed as a guest!!!I was hot, tired from a stressful drive from the airport I had never been to, and had a bad encounter with the car rental also!!! And this was for my son's wedding, which was even a stress on me at the time. The inside of the lobby was very drab, and not pretty like other hotels. Afer 20 minutes, the guy finally found me in the computer. Isn't that amazing!!! No restaurants around. The "continental breakfast " was a joke!!! They ran out of foods, no fruit, coffee machine broke, not enough tables for all the guests, and only one waffle maker at a time. The pool was freezing, had crackes in the cement all around it, Very old and uninviting. I will never go there again!!

I got what I expected for the value from this hotel. The staff was not very helpful. We were in need of towels but the maid wouldn't even give us them until she checked with the front desk. We had talked to the front desk earlier in the morning but they had no access to them, so they said, until 8am then 9am and then 10am. Doubt I would stay here again.

Remodeled room. Nice staff. Good location for my seven day trip. Good pool. Convenient.

The staff were so rude at check in screamed at me uncooperate JUST PLAIN RUDE! I will never return to this Days Inn again. Please save your money and go to another mote l!!

The staff was accommodating, the room was very clean and quiet. I feel I had an excellent stay for the value.

as soon as we got to our room our daughter had to go potty and the toilet was broken so we had to be switched to another room. in the new room the light above the vanity didnt work half the time, there was no light bulbs in some of the lamps, the air conditioner was so loud it kept waking the kids, our room keys didnt work a few times so we had to wait to leave till they came to re-program them. and we came back for the kids naps and the room had not been cleaned. i called the manager and he said to just put the kids to nap and they would clean with us in there.

We spent the night to be closer in town as I as having surgery. The room was clean enough the bed was freshly made and had lots of pillows. The shower/toilet area was tight I'll never understand why they make these rooms so small! Takes some room from the closet and move the vanity down and make the toilet area larger. The heat in the room didn't work well. It took forever to even think about warming up and then I still had to wear a jacket. Once we went to bed we finally got warm. All and all the staff was friendly. That old saying you get what you paid for applies here. Overall a nice to stay, but I wouldn't stay for a prolonged period of time.

I went shopping and since the hotel was close to family I was able to spend alot of time with them.

I would take this one off of your list, immediately. The staff was horrible and did not treat me well at all.

The lock on the door did not work well and looked like someone had broken in previously. We had planned to stay two nights and only stayed one. We were willing to forfeit our second night that was prepaid in order to find another place that was safer.

I didn't really get to do anything. I think if they would have had a bigger room and a cleaner room it would have been better. The shower was dirty and full of bugs. The hotel staff was not very friendly they acted like they were better than everyone if you asked them a question.

The Days Inn Fort Worth West is a clean and comfortable motel! There was plenty of room. This was just an overnight stay but it was so relaxing due to the cleanliness of the room and the friendly staff. The only drawback to this motel is the Continental Breakfast. It's minimal but okay. Probably better if you get there early. However, there are places nearby. Overall it was a great experience!

Our room overlooked the pool, so we enjoyed that. The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly, and fast, so it went well too. The hotel appeared to need some re-modeling, but it wasn't bad for the rate.
