Following directions to the Hurst Convention Center from here was a bit tricky. All staff were friendly and efficient. Two times I had special requests (new cards, print directions to a destination), and they helped me - quickly. The room was nothing special, and the bed not particularly good or bad to sleep on. The shower thingie could not make the water from the faucet stop pouring out, so I had to finish my shower before the balltub overflowed. Nonetheless, I came back every evening to a room which was as clean as they could get it. The on wall soap dispensers in the shower were a little low. To and from the Hurst Convention Center, it feels like you have to go in several loop the loops to get to the motel. It was also very rainy, and without a parking garage, I had to park strategically. Parking was pretty easy to find next to the motel, and the awnings sufficient enough to let me only get moist. That said, Patricia is not really their fault. But if you were going to book a place during a hurricane nearby, this would probably not be your first choice. Otherwise, it was sufficient and the staff made it enjoyable.

We stayed at this location for a week in September. The second day we were there our van got stolen out of the parking lot at 3:30 in the afternoon, in Broad Daylight.. There were cameras, it took us 3 days to finally hunt down the manager/owner. He was None too concern, and said that no one knew how to retrieve the footage, and that there was a manual in the offoce amd t at. I was more than welcome to read it and fugure it out. The continental breakfast is Awful, and there are gnats or fruitflies buzzing all around in the dining room. And the maids dont lnock, they just come right in. They took our blankets to be washed the 3rd day, and never brought them back. There seemed to be a towel shortage, and the ones you did get smelled of cigarettes. At check in we had to look at 4 different rooms becaue we booked non smoking, but the rooms smelled of smoke.

It was ok, had to pay for iron and it had a mouse trap... Other than that th room was clean...night service guy was a little rude.

That place was the bomb.

This hotel was in a bad part of town, which i didnt realize and thirty minutes from everywhere!

The room was SUPER hot & NOT clean @ all. The bathroom was tiny & not a real shower only a shower attachment & not good shower pressure @ all. No TV guide & dirty room. Very old motel & neighborhood apts accross the street is scary.

Overall they did it for me, the room was nice and clean and they also did some recent renovation and put in new a/cs and other things. Its a good place for the affordable price.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences that I have ever had. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The blow dryer was broken in the first room, we were put in a 2nd room where the blow dryer was also broken but decided to purchase a blow dryer instead of moving from room to room all night long (they did end up replacing the blow dryer during our stay)We had to purchase bug spray because the room was full of bugs, we slept with the light on because the roaches would invade in droves when the lights were off. The room smelled terrible we had to buy airfreshner and scented candles to make it tolerable.

Wife on easy about location. We felt at ease when we left.
