This 3 bedroom house sits in a cute and cozy neighborhood less than 2 blocks from Parkview Randalia. It has a front porch with seating for evenings sipping an ice cold drink after a hard day's work as well as a fenced in backyard with additional off-street parking. This property is set up for all your needs while you stay with a fully furnished house including all kitchen supplies all the way down to the spices. We truly want this to be your home away from home while you're here!

The porch, backyard, kitchen, living room, dining room, and bathroom are all shared spaces. Your bedroom is private and has it's own lock on it to insure the security of your personal space.

Our apartment features a convenient electronic lock for easy guest access! Upon booking and the rental agreement is filled out, you'll receive a unique code for the lock, allowing you to enter the apartment with a simple keypad entry. No need to worry about keys or coordinating check-ins! You'll have 24/7 access to your private space, providing flexibility and convenience during your stay!

Jacinda is available 24/7 for anything you need during your stay.

The house sits in a cute little neighborhood that is quite homey and family-oriented. For any traveling nurses on assignment to Parkview Randalia, you could quite literally walk to work as it is two blocks away!

There are lots of bus stops near the property if you would like to take Citilink Transit. Otherwise, VeoRide is new to the area and there's tons of electric scooters and bikes you can locate nearby to scoot on around downtown or wherever you'd like to adventure to! Uber/Lyft are also great options as well!
