I put the do not disturb sign I my diir. They entered and things were missing. I'm was dirty when I arrived.

Bed was very comfortable. However, the coffee pot still had leftover coffee with mold floating and dried up coffee filter. Requested and received whole new coffee unit. Second room had hair in bathtub.

Typical franchise owned hotel. Dirty, Dirty, Dirty. Clean sheets and towels with fresh disposables. Other than the the staff and housekeeping do not have a high standard for cleanliness. Not the worst by any stretch but certainly not good at all.

This hotel was nice and quiet. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Definitely needs updating in the bathroom. The microwave they offered didn't work. I went to visit my daughter and new granddaughter. Wanted to let the kids swim in the pool, they charged $10 per kid. The pool was small and had chips along the bottom it wasn't anything special and not worth the $30 I paid. Also the front desk clerk came to pool and said we weren't allowed to have a water bottle at the pool area. So it was quite inconvenient to have to return that to the room. I also felt it was a little too picky not to be allowed a simple bottle of water at a pool. For those reasons I probably won't be returning on my next visit.

this hotel is ok if all you need is a place to sleep, but when traveling with our grand daughter offered very little. the breakfast was very limited.

GOOD GOSH! I couldn't figure out how to use the shower...I'm not an idiot and I have taken a shower before!!! BUT, in order to use the one in the room I had to figure out that the handle controlling the temperature was the long screw/bolt that was on top of the NORMAL handle. So, I finally get the temperature adjusted, and then I try to turn the water on in the shower....?????? WHAT? Where? What to turn? I finally decided the heck with it I was not going to get a shower. I sat down to take a bath and saw a ring on the bottom of the water spout. In order to get the water to come out of the shower you have to pull the ring down. Wouldn't it have been nice to have had a CLUE that that was the way to get the shower on? A simple note SOMEwhere would have been appreciated. In the meantime, the long bolt/screw looking thing definitely needs to be replaced with a normal handle. The room was great, the shower...Not so much!!

Reasonably priced. Enjoyed the stay. Would stay again. Try and see for yourself.

Room was nice and clean. Nice amenities. Beds were comfortable. Only criticism would be low water pressure for shower, but adequate. Continental could have been kept up a bit better, but decent options.

I had a very good stay at the baymont and I do plan on going back thanks for a great night

We were in town for six days to visit relatives. The price was reasonable, the room was very clean and had nice refrigerator/microwave. Our issue was with the mattress of the first room we were given. The first clerk refused to let us try another room but when we connected with a different clerk, she was quick to accommodate us. The second mattress on the upper floor was better, but this place could stand to do a mattress upgrade. Plenty of hot water, A/C was fine. The breakfast was hit or miss, as some mornings there was more selection, but not too bad for free. Yogurt was nice, but the reconstituted eggs were predictably yuck. Also strange, no toaster.

Hotel was located close by my purpose for being there bed was comfortable plenty of work space all in all a very good experience

I had stayed at other baymont hotels previously and had good experiences. This hotel was way below what i expected. The pool and exercise toom were under construction and could not be used. One major reason we chose this hotel was the pool. When we made the reservation, there was not any notification that the pool would be closed We were on the first floor which smelled terrible because of the construction. The room was clean, however the tub did not have a stopper so we were unable to bathe our toddler. We have family in fort wayne, so visit frequently, but will not use this hotel ever again

We arrived for a funeral on Friday afternoon. After making final arrangements we just wanted to rest and settle in for the night. Curtains were closed, showers were in the process when there was a shadow reflecting off the mirror on the closet. There was someone standing outside the window peeking in. My mate went to tell the hotel front desk and they were no where to be found so he went outside to check it out himself. We were not the only ones who experienced this intrusion. Needless to say our stay become very uncomfortable. On top of that the breakfast display was missing milk and lacked forks and other essential things needed to eat. Would not stay there again.

This hotel was okay. I have stayed at better Baymonts in other areas but also at worse. The walls are kind of thin so you can hear people in the next room if they are slightly loud, the pillows are small, and not all the rooms have bath tubs. The standing shower vs bathtub I think should be advertised on each room description as I sometimes prefer to bathe over shower especially when a hot tub is not available to me.

The staff was very friendly, the location was perfect. alot of shopping places across the street, gas station right in front of hotel. breakfast was good too.

I had no trouble checking in except I had to wait on the desk clerk until she was ready to check me in. She was nice but certainly working on her schedule not mine. Room was nice and clean but the breakfast was not the best. No juice available had to ask for water from the desk clerk.

Stay was friendly, pool was clean, rooms were quiet and the breakfast was awesome

This hotel was as expected. I have stayed at Baymont hotels several times and believe they have been of good value - as this stay was. I chose it because it had an indoor pool (along with being in the general area I needed and the price being competitive), The hotel was easy to get to and was quiet which are both pluses.

Extremely friendly staff and the room was clean and comfortable. A great value. I will stay there again.

Very clean, good continental breakfast. Pool has no jaccuzzi. My card wouldn't open the exterior door, which was a slight inconvenience.
