They kept running out of towels. Bathroom was dirty, and sticky. Room smelled bad.
Really need to put signage as to how to get to hotel. Hard to find when it is dark.
Would have liked to have larger coffee cups and hot breakfast.
Very limited staff at hotel. Waited 20 minutes for someone to show up to check me in. Dirty, run down. Loud music outside my room until late. Bad hotel. Surprised Orbitz lists this hotel.
The hotel was clean and I was able to check in early which was great. However, the heating/AC unit in the room had a terrible smell when the heat was on, so I couldn't use it. Also, was told they served breakfast in the morning. When I came out the next morning, there was no breakfast. When I asked about it, they brought out paper bags with a granola bar and fruit cup in them. Not quite the breakfast I assumed there would be.
Don't say you have a continental breakfast when you dont, just a couple of things thrown in a bag. Dont say you have a pool, when it is closed. Toilet was broke. TV had a very poor selection.
It was close to where we needed to go the nexr day. They were very helpful in any thing we asked of them

The man that checked us in was very friendly and the room was very nice. Then in the morning he was getting the new girl started with the breakfast very nice stay
The room was very, very small! Cleanliness was lacking. Price was too high for value. Would choose somewhere else next time.
It’s an older facility showing signs of losing control over maintenance. The key card access to the rear entrance didn’t work on numerous attempts and it was the closest access point to my room. The door to my room was I’ll fitting and hallway light shined through on the top, bottom and edge. Check in was slow and laborious. Check out was fast and easy,
I will never stay at another Baymont. We booked our hotel, arrived in Fort Wayne at 7 pm, just before a basketball game that we needed to be at by 8, to be told they did not have our reservation, even though I called the night before, they put a hold on my credit card, and I had a reservation number from Orbitz. Even after contacting Orbitz and Orbitz contacted the hotel, we were still told they could not find our reservation. There was a HUGE basketball tournament in town, so there were no other hotel rooms. My husband was back in Lansing, Michigan and he was able to find us another hotel, but it was 30 miles away from our tournament. It was very frustrating and the man at the counter was rude and kept saying sorry ma'am, there is nothing I can do. Well, there is something I can do, I'll never stay there again. I had stayed at Baymont in Indianapolis the previous weekend and it was fine, so I never anticipated to be treated this way.
The gentleman at the front desk was able to change my room but would not extend our check out time. The reason he gave was they where booked. He seem a little bothered that I asked for that and the pool which was not available for use. Overall it was a pleasant over night stay for work meeting the next day.
I put the do not disturb sign I my diir. They entered and things were missing. I'm was dirty when I arrived.

dear michael your are right staffing is the issue for all business no one wants to work. we try to hire the right staff. but it’s very rare. but we do have 24hrs front desk open. please accept our apology.
