Comfortable bed
We had numerous issues from the moment we checked in. When we got to the room it was dirty, the bathroom looked like it had not been clean in a while. We had to go back down to guest services and ask them to clean the room and showed them pictures of how dirty it was. We had no towels we had to go pick some up ourselves. one of the beds was broken. the Box spring was broken and the bed made ALLOT of noise every time you moved. We told someone at the counter the 1st night and nothing was done about it. The bed sheets had hair on it like it had not been changed, we went and got our bed sheets and put them on the bed because we did not want to complaint again. The breakfast............ Eggs were cold, water was not an option as a drink cereal was Stale. The only good thing for this hotel was staff, they very nice.

It was very quiet abd a good hot breakfast.
The front desk manager should not have a customer service position. Our room's ceiling leaked during a big rain and we reported it and were gone the whole. Checked with the same front desk manager who told us there was a leak. How ridiculous could that be when we woke to a puddle in the room with wet and expanded ceiling tiles. The ceiling tiles were still expanded into a bubble shape when we got to the room. Also, the room breakfast attendant did nothing to stay on top of the food supply. Everything would run out one at a time and you'd tell him and then wait for him to replace it. He actually was on his phone while we were eating when he could have been stocking it. I would never recommend this hotel. I submitted a review directly to the property and received just a thank you from the manager and a request that we try them again. Really? Why would I? I'm thinking the manager who responded to my review was the front desk manager. Too bad because the facility is in a good location and could be very nice with actual management.
The hotel is in terrible condition and rooms are dirty. For $120 a night I felt like I was ripped off. Elevator smelled of piss. The bathroom seat in my room didn't even fit the bathroom. My bathroom smelled of piss as well. There was water near the bathtub and dirty mat inside the tub. The bedroom floor was sticky in some places. I was there for an interview (for one night) and arrived late in the night so felt too tired to complain and change rooms. Don't just don't bother with this place. Still shocked I payed so much!

First room, air conditioner not working - 2nd room, previous occupants had smoked and it stunk terribly - pool was not filtering/cleaning and another guest said that people were peeing in it - Still, front desk attendant was very kind an helpful

It was right off the turnpike, easy to get too, nice hotel to stay.
