For the price and the fact we just needed a bed for a night, a shower, and a toilet, it was fine. I wouldn't stay longer than one night. There were cockroaches in the bathroom, but it's Florida in the spring/summer and our room was by the door, so yeah. They scurried off after the lights came on, but I left the light on and tv on all night to make sure no more showed up. Had I stayed there longer, I probably would have asked for another room. It's not fancy. It's a bed, a toilet, and a shower by the water at a cheap price. Not gonna lie, I'd go back if I needed a cheap one night place to stay. Breakfast was decent and the staff were really nice. Proximity to water was great. My only issue was the bugs, which, again, it's Florida and that's kind of an environmental pest that is super hard to deal with.
The location was convenient. The breakfast was acceptable and the man who was preparing everything was very kind and accommodating. this quality Inn was disappointing in many ways. There was not a shred of carpeting any place in the hotel so the sound traveled down the hallway from the lobby even at six in the morning.
The price was reasonable.
This hotel needs upgrades on there rooms period . The air conditioning is very poor it would turn off and would take a long time to come up. Room felt muggy. I paid 400$ a night I
The property was nice. The room spelt like fresh paint or something. We went to get 2 plug ins to make it cover the smell. It worked so I let that go! The floor is linoleum so you have to wear socks you don’t mind getting dirty bottoms or always wear shoes in the room. The front desk would not answer no matter how many times I tried calling. You get what you pay for I guess!
I thought it was on the main beach strip. Overall, its pretty good for the price. Didnt get the full vacation feel that i was looking for.

I loved the location. Only issue we had was that we couldn't go to the beach. But, that was not because of the hotel, it was because of hurricanes messing it up.
Thankfully I had a late check in and only stayed 10 hours. The check in process was slow. The bay view room I requested was on the second floor in a building next door with no elevator. The room had candy wrappers on the floor, smudges on the long mirror near the luggage rack and a yellow stain on the king size duvet cover. The microwave was under the sink. The people in the room next to door talked loudly until 1 am. The “bay view”was disappointing. The bathroom was clean. The breakfast set up was availability after the scheduled time. Some customers did not wear a mask. Checking out procedure was quick and friendly.
Staff is very friendly and Rooms are very spacious and clean no carpets which is awesome so doesn’t have any smells to it just bleach washed floors. There is a pier across the hotel and a little area where it’s sand and ppl fish so they do bring in a lot of sand so floors do get sandy but the staffs do sweep and mop daily. I know I saw some ratings where they complained about it but that is to be expected staff can’t be behind everyone sweeping every time we come back from beach.. my family and I really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back here to stay.. thank you for all your hard work!!
