All good for the price a good value. Simple room. It got the job done.

Saw some bugs. Could not confirm if they were the bed-variety. Didn't bring any of them home with me, but definitely led to this negative review.

Not bad for the price. I dont think it would be my first choice but like they say....you get what you pay for. Im just glad we found this place because everything else was booked.

They ran out of linens. Housekeeping never cleaned the bathroom.

it was a decent place to stay and close to the water so we were satisfied nothing to brag about

Hotel had a great location and was very quiet. The pool was warm and not crowded. However the rooms lacked on cleaning and upgrades... The staff was nice. You get what you pay for.

It is very close to restaurants, easy to find and has plenty of parking. They replaced the carpet and have done nothing else for the last twenty years. The toilet has been running and has formed a yellow streak in the bowl indicating years of neglect. Adding insult to injury, a woman's long hair was on top of the toilet lid. I would not stay there, again.

The room was great for the price. The staff was OK in the front. Used the excuse of under new management for every explanation of questions asked. No Creamer for coffee, no juice, no breakfast which it is supposed to have. Cleaning crew has a bit of sticky fingers. Had medication come up missing. Partly my fault for thinking it was safe in my bag but it should have been won't make that mistake again.

A good place to stay on a budget. Good location, near everything. Would stay again.

My husband and I needed a cheap place to crash on our way through Florida. We found this place and regretted our decision to stay later that evening. We were put in a non-smoking room that ended up having cigarette burns in the comforter. The walls turned out to be paper thin so we got booked next door to Ike and Tina who screamed at one another in a drunken stupor from 3am-6am. On top of that the next morning between 10am-10:30am we go to the lobby to checkout and turns out the lobby was locked and no staff was available. We were told at check-in to use our phone in the room and dial "0" if we needed anything. Since we were in a hurry to get back on the road, we go back to our room to use our phone to let someone know we needed to checkout. We then discover our phone doesn't work. This was the absolute worst place I have stayed in.

yucky= room stench, roaches, daily parking lot garbage Noisy=tenants hang out talking and thump giant car stereos after 10pm. Location=perfect, close to most everything.

the 1st room they gave us, the a/c didn't work, the room smelled old and musty, and the door had a gap about an inch wide when closed. they gave us another room it was a bit better... it was a short stay so we thought we would deal with that room.the next day housekeeping came around while we were out and the beds got made but thats about all. thank goodness we had no small kids or we would have been gone....had "ladies"waiting for anyone with "needs"to pull up!!!! never will stay there again!!!!!!!!!!!! :(

It was pretty bad. Our feet were black after walking on the floor, and when I tried to turn on the shower, the handle broe off.

The power in the room was horrible. if you plugged your phone in to charge all the power in the room would go out. you had to start "wiggling" everying thing that was plugged in to get it to come back on. Had to argue to get clean towels. that was fun!!!

The smell of old musky mildew was the first thing to hit you when you walked through the door. The next thing was no working bathroom lights and a smoke detector that sounded off every 10 minutes. The management was very quick to respond to those complaints, she reset the breaker for the restroom and pulled the smoke detector out of the wall to keep it from sounding. After the lights were working in the bathroom I wished I'd left them not working. There was never breakfast as advertised and that was one of the reasons for choosing the motel. It's no wonder they have a no cancellation policy because people would never stay if they could get their money back. The only reason I gave it a star at all was because 0 was not an option. I have stayed at budget motels before, but none as bad as this. Like one said before me STAY AWAY, FAR FAR AWAY

We booked 2 double rooms at this lousy hotel for 3 nights in advanced of our trip. We paid for the whole 3 days. This is for Thursday, Friday and Saturday June 16-19, 2011. We arrived there Friday morning and the reason why we booked this for Thursday as well is that we cannot wait for the check in time of 3PM Friday. When we got there we went to the office and this very rude lady wearing dirty clothes and feisty attitude asked us what do we need. She said: "WE DO NOT HAVE ANY AVAILABLE ROOMS TODAY" We explained that we have booked for Thurday June 16 and we need the rooms ready so we may rest after our 12 hour trip from Houston. Again the rude giant lady told us that there are no rooms available until 3PM.She said that it is the standard check in time. She said she can give us the room if they arent ready. We explained again and tried to show her our confirmation letter but she wont listen. She said the rooms are still dirty and we cant let u in. When we told her that we expect the rooms should have been ready since Thursday because we have paid for it, she said you didnt show up so we gave it to someone else. What a horrible thing to say. Again we explained that we paid for Thursday until Saturnday so the rooms should have been reserved for us! She then looked at her logbook and said Oh YOU HAVE ALREADY CHECKED IN YESTERDAY. She showed us a piece of paper with our names for the 2 rooms we booked! We said, we just got here and we didnt check in!!! Who are those people who are staying in our rooms. We asked if they showed IDs and she said she was not sure since she was not there yesterday. She said very rudely, well according to this chart you checked in! It was really frustrating and we wanted to strangle her! she said oh let me try and find a room for u.she said ok, il let my staff clean the rooms for u. Now there are rooms available and it took 30 mins for her staff to go and " clean the room". IT WAS RIDICULOUS!We tried to call [...]to settle the matter but they kept telling us that they will call the hotel to verify!!!! The rude lady called me and said the rooms are ready. I wanted to check the rooms and see how awful it is based on the kind of people who works for the hostel. The carpet is dirty. You can see dust coming off it when you walk on it. The NON smoking room smells of smoke and dirty shoes. The toilet is small and dirty. The sink is yellowing and dirty. The hotel room is a mess. They said they cleaned it but it that was clean I am sure as hell i do not want to see DIRTY.We said we will not get those rooms anymore and we need our money back for all 3 nights we have paid for. She said we need to call [...]to do that. [...] PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL VIA ANY travel sites or anywhere else. [...]What an eventful way to start our vacation!

the website said continental breakfast, there was not. wasnt even a vending machine. couch was disgusting i didnt want to sit on it.

Horrible. First room offered was very smelly, we couldn't breath in there. Not enough toilet paper, no napkins. No TV remote. Drunks made noise all night, we couldn't sleep. We'll never go back.

NO such thing as a None-smoking room here. Carpets so dirty our feet were black. Micro-Fridges from the 70's and only in some rooms by request. Air-conditioner worked 80% of the time but sounds like a hellicopter landing in your room. Lots of rust and mold and your general uncleanliness.

price refelects poor quality of service. Room was clean, but no coffee maker as`advertized, when the the desk clerk was asked to find one for us he said none were available. Had to request towels for as there were non on arrival, worst part wast obtaining toilet paper, only 1/2 rool in room and when more was requested it was like asking for gold, 1 rool was brought up and no more to be found. Maid did do a little clean sweep on second day , BUT did not replace empty
