Good location.Coffee was not easy to come by.
Average stay en route from North Caolina to Phoenix.
We had a condiderable wait until a front desk person appeared to serve us. The price paid for the room was excessive for what was offered.
WE arrived late and left earlyl so although it was quite satisfactory we didn't use any of the facilities other than the room
Nilce hotel, didn't stay; long enough to use any of the facilities but bed. Hlad it was next door to Dennys
I feel that this motel should be billed as a one-star motel. It was rated 3 star. We paid $63.00 and we were paying $40.00 for a Hilton Gardens. There were junker cars in the parking lot and it is a long term stay. The bed was a queen. The sheets were thin and the blanket was gross. We felt so stuck and there were Comfort Inns and Holiday Inn Express and we had this dive. I felt unsafe, too. I would like my money back.
When I booked the stay I was told there would be two queen beds and breakfast. Neither was true. The room only had 2 single beds and NO breakfast. They wanted to give me a $7 coupon for the truk stop next door. I also asked for a crib-none available. I booked the room for my son and his family who had driven 1000 miles and needed two queens and a crib. [...] Use another motel and a different booking company!
