Hotel staff we encountered were very friendly, and we loved the cafe (great food/low price). But they do not clean your room and bring fresh towels during your stay.

A budget Hotel that is immaculately clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Stayed in room with two Queens for $42 with microwave and flat screen. To top it off had 24 hour restaurant that cooked us an omelet for a very reasonable price. Friendly staff.. Amazing price, what else could you want.

I am glad the staff was able to accommodate your request for the first floor, however please next time say something to a staff member as they are fully trained to make all guests happy and comfortable during your stay no matter what time of the day.
