Staff was friendly but this place was a disaster. It was filthy. There was actually blood on the wall in the bathroom
The property is in a good spot and has a nice pool. The rooms would be much better if they didn't smell like they used to be smoking rooms. It is in the carpets and furniture that either need a full cleaning or replacement. The water pressure and temperature was great. It was ok for two nights.
This is one of the worst place! Would not recommend it to anyone! Small insect on the sink was the first thing I’ve noticed. Cigarette burns everywhere even though it’s non smoking room. The room stink as well. This place is almost a rundown! Shoulda paid more to stay at LaQuinta or Holiday inn!
The facility is a bargain for a place to spend the night, but is in need of renovations overall.
Woke up with roaches everywhere! I want a full refund! I’m disgusted!

While traveling home after Hurricane Irma, we booked a room via Orbitz. Then we confirmed that the room was being held by the hotel. Later that day, when we had driven many hours and were almost there, we called just to re-confirm. Then they told us their computers were down, so they didn't have to honor reservations made through Orbitz, and they were just taking the first (or highest paying?) cash customers to walk through door. This was during the aftermath of Hurricane Irma, so absolutely all other hotels were booked. Families with babies who were short on gas, unable to get to a new open hotel, were totally screwed, probably wound up sleeping in their cars in many cases. I understand when a hotel is booked -- but when you've already confirmed the reservation, and then decide to take it away because you'd rather just take people who come in with lots of cash instead, thus screwing over hurricane victims? Shameful.
If you are looking for a place to lay your head, that's the place. They have nothing else.

Cockroaches in the room, really dirty, blood stains, both the toilet and the air conditioner sounded like they were gonna blow up.. They wouldn't refund me the money either.
This is worse than any motel. I honestly believe that a shack in the middle of no where is better that this there were burn marks all over the bathroom and tub. There were no buttons on the air conditioning unit. There were cables coming out from the walls. There were roaches. It was terrible i can't tell you how nasty it was to even sit there.
Stay would have been much more enjoyable if accommodations were better. Do hope they changed the shoddy carpet or at least get it completely cleaned and dry. I believe the carpet was wet because of the leak in the bathroom. It dripped the whole time we were there. Even though it was at a reasonable rate, it was not cheap. They say you get what you pay for -- I personally feel that it could have been a lot better. Management tried to accommodate a little but didn't really do much to appease the situation. We did make the best of it. Thank you for the accommodations you did provide, it was appreciated.
