Jill at the front Desk was super helpful. Room was fine.
Needs new mattress, bed was subjected in. Quality service overall. Continental breakfast was very limited.
Adequate small plac. Good staff especially the front desk. Room was fine. Breakfast was high carbs. Good for the lower price in comparison to others in the area.
It is super easy to get to from I-75, though the GPS location was a little confusing. The bed was very comfortable, room very clean.
The hotel itself was nothing fancy, and that was fine. But right out of the gate the front desk was rude, and it was downhill from there. The next morning when I woke up around 9am I called the front desk to inquire about check out time, and extending the reservation one more day. She told me it wlouls be 59.99. I went upfront to pay and she said my car was declined. This was impossible but she swore it was and was so nasty. She gave me 30 mins to go to my bank and see what was up. While at the bam she kept calling to harras me. The bank confirmed nothing was wrong with my card and I had more then enough available credit. The hotel would not take cash without a deposit of 150.00 plus the room fee. By this point I'm exhausted and dknt feel like moving hotels. I ended up calling a friend to come and charge it to his card. It was just not a comfortable stay.
Age of the place is noticeable, but Good place to wash and sleep.
We showed up at 1:30 am as soon as I walked through the door she had a bad attitude I said good morning she snapped back and said what do you need I said I have a room reserved she said no you don't, I said would you look she said you made it for the wrong day I asked can you let us stay she said for another $68.00 you reserved through a 3rd party when you do that we will not help you. Another customer walked in she walked away from me a started waiting on her ignoring myself and my wife I said we need a room she said leave my hotel now so we went next door to the quality suites she was very kind, she said there has been several people come over to get rooms with the same story.
The room was small but had everything we needed including a king size bed. The continental breakfast was limited, but it gave you something to start your day. I would stay again, it was clean and I felt safe.
Room was cramped. Was charged $20 for airport pick up.I had not been Told of this charge befor by you.Staff was limited to one person to man the desk and pick up at the airport, sort times no one was at the hotel! Toilet was so low that things dragged in the water.REALLY!Staff member would not let me have a banana until soo the food was in place and ordered me rudely to chane my seat although I was the only one there.
got in late and needed a place to rest worked out great. Next to some restaurants
Good for the price. Room fine except smell, but we slept with window open so better. Comfortable bed and shower. Good staff. Fair breakfast and location. Convenient to airport and freeway.
Not happy about no desk clerk who was on a run to the airport when I tried to check in. Everything else was adequate. Staff was friendly and no other real complaints.
I got what I paid for. I was told at check in that I would have a smoking room( since I booked through an online service) those room are assigned last, and that was all that was left. I had booked several weeks in advance, and didn't appreciate hearing I was a low priority. Other that that, toilet ran for three days and was not addressed since it was a weekend. Staff was ok, room was clean.
So sorry to say that the room was so smelly, I decided to leave as early as possible. Perhaps when the room is not been used, the window should be left open. It is a great location Airport wise.
Hotel in general was good. Staff was very good. Housekeeping was very good. Room and necessities were taken care of. Went in mid summer and really needed a pool. Cleanliness was very good. No complaints would recommend for a quick stop over.
I appreciate the pet policy and inexpensive pet fees as well as the free breakfast. The beds are pretty comfortable but the cable is not good. Barely any channels. Really nice housekeeping staff but the front desk staff are touch and go.
Hotel was close to airport, Rt. 75 and many restaurants. Staff gave me an extra hour to check out because of late plane departure time. No pool or exercise room, but the cost was lower than elsewhere. I would return.
No amenities. If you are going to have a hotel in florida, have a pool like everyone else
I have stayed in this hotel 4 times in the past 6 months. My son and Granddaughter live a mile away and it was a nice room for the price. There are at least 4 other hotels within a mile and a half but I just kept coming here due to no problems. That changed drastically on Easter. I will never stay here again for any reason. I spoke to the night person working the desk on Saturday to see if we could stay a little longer on Easter morning. He said he couldn't do it that I would have to talk to the manager in the morning. I went down and explained to her that we had come over to surprise my Granddaughter and were going to church to see her. I asked if I could have the room a little longer than the 11:00 am checkout so her Easter basket didn't have to stay in the car while we were in church. I offered to pay some if it was necessary. She very rudely told me I had to be out by 12:00 and that was it. We went to church and left before it was over to get back to the hotel and upon arriving at 11:58 found that someone had gone into the room and bagged all of our toiletries and Easter things and set them in the corner of the room. I never imagined a hotel could be this poorly managed. Do your self a favor and stay anywhere but here. I will sleep in my car before I ever set foot back in this place.
I picked this location because I was arriving after midnight and they run a shuttle 24/7 and it was a cheaper alternative when I would just be sleeping a few hours. I got a smoking room by accident, they said that was the travel agency's fault and it may have been my fault. However everything was pretty old and shabby and the smoke odor was pretty bad and permeated all my clothes. The staff was minimally professional, but of course that's the night crew.
