Bed was too soft, no chairs in room to sit in, room smelled like chlorine and there was not a drop of hot water to take a shower! Would not recommend!

Hotel was in a convenient location. It was a no-frills hotel but the rooms were clean and comfortable. I would stay again if I was looking for a basic hotel.

The hotel looks very outdated from the outside and inside. No closets in the room. Just very old looking

Breakfast was poor , property antiquated etc . Most of the guests were workers from a highway crew or something . Would not stay here again .

This affordable hotel was dirty. Carpets throughout had crud on them. Our room had a clean bed and sink but bathroom door was sticky, carpets visibly dirty, toilet didn’t stop running and no place to easily plug anything in. We will never come back here.

In a non smoking building that they make you sign on checkin in you could smell marijuana in the halls

The location provided a central launching spot to the beaches, museum, and the airport. There was nearby restaurants and shopping, but didn't seem to be in best of neighborhoods. Overall ok, but just a bit disappointed.

Small room with no table or chairs. Bed mattress hard and old, bathroom sink loose and hanging off the wall, ceiling in bedroom area cracked and peeling. Breakfast nothing to speak of although there was waffles to make. Had I seen this before I book it no way Jose would I stay. Maybe other rooms are good that I don't know, I just have had much better in the past at Motel 6 or Comfort in for the same price.

Room was old and outdated. Hallways were dirty. Dogs were allowed and they were noisy. Too far from airport. Did not meet standards for an Orbitz recommended hotel!!!

Wi-Fi was slow computer in lobby was very slow and loaded with junk and virus warnings too many popups that were not wanted when trying to do anything

Arrived at 4p. Two front desk clerks, one patron. Staff just stared until I asked to be registered. Sullen and stern. Had to give credit card for so-called incidentals", although I was already paid through Orbitz. Had to agree and sign a list of rules and regulations. Generally unfriendly and disrespectful to customers.

Rust in bathtub. Drape stained and hanging off the rod. Door latches partially pulled away from door jamb. Comfortor on bed stained. Wall lamp didn't work. Coffee pot plug so short it could only be used on bathroom sink, thereby preventing use of sink. Green oxidation on shower head. Cigarette smoke from outdoor smokers coming through A/C Breakfast was mediocre. Overall a shoddy place.

Very good staff. Room and common spaces were clean. The mini-mini refrigerator was a joke, slightly larger than the microwave. The dead-lock on the door did not work as well as the broken tub water control handle. I had to cancel one week of my stay due to family death and forgot to report the problems. I am sure they would have corrected the items had I reported them.

Great for business trip - clean, convinent, easy on the pocket, not paying for a lot of glitz just a clean secure place to crash. Not the venue for a holiday with your significant other, but for business or a couple of days lay over, or en-reoute to a premo destination, it is perfict.

Hotel was nice and close to everything beach shopping restaurant staff was so cool didn't want to leave

What a mistake never again would not recommend it is a horrible place

I was going to give a good tell the counter lady checking me out decided she wanted to get rude with me. will never stay there again. was going to tell that happend

The hotel is easy to find. The rooms are big, quiet, and comfortable.

I ARRIVE AFTER A 3 HR FLIGHT 20 MINS B4 CHECK-IN TIME, THE GIRL UP FRONT TELLS ME IF I CHECK IN NOW IT'LL COST 25.00? I EXPLAINED I HAD A DOC APT. IN AN HR DOWN IN NAPLES WITH MY SPECIALIST. I TRAVEL FROM CHICAGO BACK HOME EACH MNTH 4 ONLY 24 HRS TO VISIT 4 DRS. THEN TURN AROUND & FLY BACK OUT DUE TO WORKING IN CHICAGO SO 2AM I WAKE GRAB TAXI TO O'HARE AIRPORT THEN FLY OUT TO FLORIDA, I HAD BEEN UP 12 HRS OR SO JUST WANTED TO CHANGE FROM WINTER CLOTHES TO COOLER ONES I HAD PACKED. SHE RUDELY TOLD ME WITHOUT LOOKING @ ME RESTROOMS OVER THERE, I ASK HER SO I HAVE TO CHANGE IN THERE THEN CHECK IN AFTER DOC APTS? SHE REPLIES YEP UNLESS U WANT TO PAY 25.00? I SIT & WAIT UNTIL I COULD CHECK IN 15 MNS @ THIS TIME, CALLED MY 1ST APT. THEY PUSHED IT OUT 20 MINS THANK GOD. I THOUGHT I WAS STAYING @ THE ONE OFF OF DANIELS? IT'S NICE PPL ARE NICE BUT THIS ONE IS THE WORST EVER. ALL I THINK OF WHEN I THINK OF THIS EXPERIENCE I THINK OF HOW RUDE W/O A GREETING WHEN APPROACHING CHECK-IN DESK & THE WAY THE YOUNG LADY TREATED ME. I WISH I KNEW HER NAME BUT IT WAS JAN. 23,2017 RIGHT B4 CHECK-IN. AFRICAN AMERICAN. THE RUDEST PERSON I'VE EVER COME ACROSS, & I TRAVEL ALOT. IF THEY WERE GIVING ROOMS AWAY, I WOULD DECLINE.

It was good because I needed somewhere close to the airport for an early flite.
