I have nothing bad to say everybody was good to me n the room was clean i was happy there

Affordable and locations plus airport shuttle for the price

Service fee was waived by a woman, receptionist, upon arrival because I had booked my reservation back in January; but I saw charges of service fees on my credit card after checking out. I called the hotel and was told that the hotel manager went against the decision of the receptionist to waive the service fees.

Needs some cleaning. Rooms were clean, but facilities needed some work.

This is not a hotel it is motel. At check in there were additional undisclosed fees and a credit card hold. The staff was rude. There were not enough towels in the room and if I wanted towels I needed to hike all the way back to get them. The complimentary breakfast was 8:00 to 9:00 which wasn’t convenient for early travelers and the floors were grubby and the bathroom was dirty.

Nice hotel. Good rooms. Clean. Good part of town. Free Parking.

PROS: Good WiFi, strong AC, friendly and helpful staff, free parking, clean room, location (Galleria Mall and beach close by) CONS: Stingy with towels, broken ice machine on 3rd flr, balky key cards (needed to be re-zapped every day), pathetic free breakfast, no shampoo or body wash OK if on a budget, but I think we'll spend a little more the next time we visit the area.

This is a great, $69.95 a night Motel. But we were charged $199.95 a night... This is not a Hotel by any standards, It's a Motel with an inadequate breakfast.

Like: great location Do not like: the breakfast is terrible, broken curtains

The room is very old and need to be remodel &bathroom, staff are mice.

I was particularly impressed with Rodrigo who was at the desk. He was extra helpful when their printer wasn't working. He saved the day by printing my boarding pass. Very efficient, capable and friendly employee. I was not happy that we were not given new towels the 2nd day there and had to ask twice for the extra pillow we didn't get. Amenities were OK for the price.

The was Shower dirty, doors do not seal one can hear the traffic from the outside.

Everything seemed great until I came in to go to bed. My bed sheets and 2/3 pillows were soaking wet! It was late (3 am) so I didn’t call for another room. Up until that moment my stay was exceptional.

There was no heat in our rooms. The bathrooms were moldy and had bugs.

Our room had a plumbing issue and instead of moving us to a different room we had maintenance in our room for about an hour and I couldn't even use the restroom of my own hotel room that I paid for. Issues happen but I just wish they moved us instead of having us sit there. It was the first 10 mins of our arrival so we could of been moved
