Wonderful stay. A little remote but easy access to downtown.

enjoy the tme at this hotel, i was here for five days. All of the staff was great. I love that you get a full size kitchen. The location was perfect. Cons about this hotel, Parking kinda sucks because your option is valet parking at 18$ a day or parking meter which has a maximum of three hours time limit but is 50cents a hour which u can easily get a ticket if you forget to feed the meter. Because of that I would not stay there again, also housekeeping kinda sucks they dont clean the bathroom when you are there they basically only make your bed and bring clean towels e.t.c. they need improvement on that. But overall is was great.

We booked a room at this hotel because it was close to a concert venue and were delighted with the accomodations. My only complaint is the cost of the valet parking ($30) and that there was no self-parking available.

Staffs were friendly and rooms were clean. free continental breakfast was good too. The only problem was that I had to choose between valet parking($27/day) or street parking(can park for free betwen12am-8am)

Me and my fiancé came to this hotel and stayed on the top floor overlooking the intercoastal. Absoulty breathtaking. Hope to come back next year.

everything was perfect from check in to check out. Spacious room, excellent view, Gianni at the front desk was fantastic. Will stay again

Hotel was just what we needed. Beautiful location, washer and dryer for mid-trip convenience. Stunning water views with balcony. Will stay again!

I loved the hotel. The hospitality was phenomenal. I traveled with my husband and our two kids. We enjoyed every moment

This hotel is fantastic .. It's all apartments and good value.

GREAT PLACE. GOOD LOCATION. CLOSE TO GOOD RESTAURANTS AND BEACH.

We've visited this hotel twice before and have never been disappointed. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were very professional and courteous. We love this place and will return.

Stayed from 10/13 thru 10/19, for our 31st wedding anniversary we had reserved ocean view room but when we got there they had changed our room to waterway view (which was an upgrade, I think the Ocean view should be termed an Ocean glimpse). The suite was spacious and there was a washer and dryer there which I didn't expect but it came in handy. There was an electric hob but no pots or pans. They are doing renovations on this hotel through to the end of October, which we were not aware of before we booked it, on our 1st morning there was a loud drilling noise reverberating throughout the room, I called the front desk and they offered to validate our parking ($27.00 per night) which I accepted but it was still on our checkout bill. They will take you to the beach (which is 2 blocks away) and provide you with chairs, umbrella and beach towels which was more than expected. Staff were very accommodating Overall not too bad.

Can be difficult to find with rental car gps systems, but one you arrive you're greeted by an attentive staff. The view of the intercoastal is fantastic!, Quiet hallways with lots of privacy and immediate attention when you ask. Was offered an upgrade when we checked in ---that's what traveling in august can get you!

Great place for couples and families! Hotel room was beautiful great size! You could see the water from the balcony!!! Such a romantic weekend!! Can't wait to go back!!

I had a great experience at Lugano. Kid friendly as we'll. My family did not want to leave. The staff was excellent. I would definitely come back again ....

We had a delightful room w/ an awesome view & fabulous balcony. The staff was very helpful & The restaurant was fantastic!

Traveling to Florida for the first time, this was the perfect hotel for me and my significant other. From check in to check out everything was flawless. There was very little traffic in the hotel which was perfect, leading to a peaceful and quiet stay of five nights. The hotel itself is not in a high traffic area either, but in perfect walking distance to several small stores, restaurants, and the beach. We originally booked the "studio suite", which was fantastic in its own, but were upgraded to the "intercostal" room at no extra charge upon arrival. Having larger space and the balcony spanned from the living room to bedroom. The room was very spacious and lovely. Having the kitchenette was a great plus, while having a longer stay. The pool area was awesome as well, just the right size and comfy chairs to lounge in. The hot tub was a plus too! We enjoyed the hotel so much, that we didn't mind leaving our room! Be sure to check out the restaurant as well, fantastic food! Our stay at the Lugano was perfect and just as we expected it to be! Making it a very memorable vacation!

My wife and 10-month-old stayed at Il Lugano for 6 days. Chose it because we had a very good experience once before, and they held up their end once again. Got upgraded to a larger room (a suite this time). Having a kitchen and laundry in room is key when you have an infant. Self-parked across the street at meter, paid using my phone, cheap and convenient. It's a 10-min walk to the beach. They can give you a ride if you like. Pool is OK, it;s small and on the side of the building, not the main attraction here, but works. Place is well kept, staff are reasonably attentive. Free wifi is a plus. If I had to nit-pick... Why are the lobby doors so darn heavy? An why not automatic? It's just odd to try and open them with a suitcase or stroller in the other hand. Not a big deal. Would definitely go back.

This is a very luxurious hotel. Though a bit pricey, It was well worth the extra money. Everything was perfect, extremely clean, professional staff, very good location in a safe area. There was more than enough room in the suite that I had with distant ocean views from the balcony. It is close to several very good restaurants, including a great Italian bakery, and shopping. Though close to the canal, it is just out of comfortable walking distance to the beaches. All and all, I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

My boyfriend and I wanted to have a perfect one Night romantic get a away and let's just say Il Lugano Exceeded our expectations. From extraordinary customer service from the moment we valet our car To checking in. We got a perfect view of the intercostal from our room 813! It was a perfect suite. Super comfy bed, incredible view, a mini kitchen with fridge , stove, equipped w utensils and cook ware. The room was super tidy and neat. Loved, loved everything! The hotel restaurant was great too! Jennifer the bartender was on point, friendly and professional. Oh and did I mention the make home made mozzarella right before your eyes! One word describes our stay there.....AMAZING!!! We will definitely be back. Hopefully for a longer stay. Thank you!!!!!
