Staff friendly and wonderful...esp. April junia and manager claude

The hotel was not bad but I did experience I did find pest (roaches in my room). The bed was comfortable and the room had lots of space and lighting. The price was okay but could have been cheaper to say 60 buck a night. The breakfast buffet was okay and could have had better choices but I cant complain, having a good breakfast is best. The guest or either locals was pretty loud outside my room window at night for the 3 nights I stayed but not for long. I would recommend if you want something cheap and decent. I just think they need to have an exterminator every month to keep the bugs out.

One night stay before going on cruise, booked 2 rooms, my Daughter checked in very early in day. We checked in at 10PM. The representative at desk was snippy. The hotel is below par of others we have used in same price range. Our view was of a white fence about 6 feet from our window. People standing out there smoking and smell was in my room. Vending machine - 3.00 for water. Breakfast was nice. No shuttle service. As for being a Ramada, and the cost for 1 night - I expected better.

Hotel rooms in need of repairs and upgrades. Terrible odor in room most likely from carpets and air circulation. Bathroom door didn't close; old sink and faucets. TV only had one working channel. Lobby, breakfast good, exercise room good.

Front desk staff is incompetent, we had an issue checking in, they couldn't find our reservation after an hour they had it in front of them the whole time! Breakfast was a joke! Everything was microwaved and tasteless. Pool and spa was nice minus the crackhead couple that supposedly lives in one of the rooms. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.

the rooms need to be remodeled, as they look quite old and dirty, But for the price is not bad, includes breakfast buffet and is very close to the airport fll

Convenient central location, easy parking. Basic room - good internet connection and comfortable bed, but no refrigerator or microwave. Generally clean however mold on bathroom floor tile grout. On-site facilities nice, and upgraded breakfast selections. Front desk staff performance slow and unenthusiastic. Unfortunately, water dripping on to the back of the room AC unit from upper floors created too much noise. Staff moved me to another room (upgraded with great view of the pool area) but same problem so I had to check out early. I have stayed there twice before with no problem. An employee told me “it is only bad during the summer especially when there is a lot of rain”.

I booked this because it was relatively cheap. When I tried to check in the person at the desk barely gave me the time of day for 5 minutes. There were a number of guests (I hope) loitering around the parking lot and lobby just staring at all the newcomers. It was uncomfortable. The room was acceptably clean. If you're looking for more than just an economical place to rest your head, look elsewhere.

this hotel is ok. its close to a club we like to attend so we can walk there and back. its quite old and a bit musty. but there is free breakfast plenty of parking and a decent value for the price

This experience was not good. As you can see Orbitz, I travel the country and have not done a bad review all year. This hotel was bad. One of the Elevatiors was out, my key cards kept losing memeory and it was a long walk back to front desk. The staff when you talked to them would engage other people in a conversation and not give you there undivided attention. The manager called me and I called him back but then he never called me back. Parking was absolutely awful and I had to park far in the back almost every night and the back side door would not open so I had to take a long walk with heavy bags every night to the front then take the long walk to my room. You can only imagine when me key didn't work how I went nuts. The only thing that was good was a server in the restaurant. He was good at what he does. I deserve a full refund for all 7 days I was there.

Ok to spend a night or 2 Internet is hella slow Gym has 3 machines and 1 is broken

Breakfast is not free. WIFI is slow. Rooms do not include microwave or refrigerator. Absolutely cannot check in until 3pm. Price for one night was $75. Not worth it. Cost $45 with "Free" Holiday cruise line. Still not worth it.

It was ok nice size room ok mattress I prefer memory foam but cool place overall

The soda machine upstairs is broken, without a sign. The Tiki bar is very expensive compared to local bars in the area. The breakfast buffet did not have many options. For a Ramada, very disappointing.

Rude staff, old dirty rooms, no parking. I wouldn't pay 20$ a night to stay here again, much less the 125 they charge.

Room smelled musty. Bathroom had no counter or shelf to put things.

Found worm and cockroach in room. Daughters freaked out. Not staying anymore.

Well run motel. Staff were helpful and accommodating.

Never again. It looks nice and all that but it's not true. There was bed bugs in the room. When I went to the front desk and showed him the pictures the guy told me in a little laugh I've seen worst. My whole arms n body got bite marks.unfortunetly I realized that too late now I am left with the aftermath. Than they moved me to another room on the 5th floor. The 2nd floor I was in housekeeping was disgusting. I threw my towels on the floor and they just picked it up n put it on the tv stand. I could go on and on. Stay away go next door to la quinta or extended stay for a little bit more money.
