this hotel is ok. its close to a club we like to attend so we can walk there and back. its quite old and a bit musty. but there is free breakfast plenty of parking and a decent value for the price

This experience was not good. As you can see Orbitz, I travel the country and have not done a bad review all year. This hotel was bad. One of the Elevatiors was out, my key cards kept losing memeory and it was a long walk back to front desk. The staff when you talked to them would engage other people in a conversation and not give you there undivided attention. The manager called me and I called him back but then he never called me back. Parking was absolutely awful and I had to park far in the back almost every night and the back side door would not open so I had to take a long walk with heavy bags every night to the front then take the long walk to my room. You can only imagine when me key didn't work how I went nuts. The only thing that was good was a server in the restaurant. He was good at what he does. I deserve a full refund for all 7 days I was there.

Breakfast is not free. WIFI is slow. Rooms do not include microwave or refrigerator. Absolutely cannot check in until 3pm. Price for one night was $75. Not worth it. Cost $45 with "Free" Holiday cruise line. Still not worth it.

The soda machine upstairs is broken, without a sign. The Tiki bar is very expensive compared to local bars in the area. The breakfast buffet did not have many options. For a Ramada, very disappointing.

Rude staff, old dirty rooms, no parking. I wouldn't pay 20$ a night to stay here again, much less the 125 they charge.

Room smelled musty. Bathroom had no counter or shelf to put things.

Found worm and cockroach in room. Daughters freaked out. Not staying anymore.

Never again. It looks nice and all that but it's not true. There was bed bugs in the room. When I went to the front desk and showed him the pictures the guy told me in a little laugh I've seen worst. My whole arms n body got bite marks.unfortunetly I realized that too late now I am left with the aftermath. Than they moved me to another room on the 5th floor. The 2nd floor I was in housekeeping was disgusting. I threw my towels on the floor and they just picked it up n put it on the tv stand. I could go on and on. Stay away go next door to la quinta or extended stay for a little bit more money.

Do not stay there point blank period and they will not give you a refund it's not worth it

My service was great and the staff was friendly and helpful the hotel was clean outside and inside the rooms they had bre a k fast that was included and a restaurant and bar at the hotel it was an awesome place to relax and unwind..

My experience was horrific. I was really freaked out..u go to a hotel u r expecting everything to be white and beautiful and fresh, well thats what im use to. The place was clean and together but the bathroom seem creepy because there are black stuff in the corners of the tub, the the pipes rusty and the sink seemed stained. The room had roaches , the carpet had mold looking stuff and the place smells highly of mold. Couldnt sleep had to report it to book.com the agent got me a different room at around after 12am. Which was similar but better. Could wait for morning i checked out 4hrs early..

The staff was really nice but the hotel I wouldn't stay in again. Wifi service didn't work, there was 11 channels on the tv. Breakfast Buffet was cold and barely edible. The water in the room was yellow.

I enjoyed free breakfast and the service. We were traveling through counties it was nice to have a pool, jacuzzi, spa and bar..

I was hoping for something a little nicer. Room smelled awful- mostly because there was no fan in the bathroom and the last person's business was smelling. No fridge in the room. Found a dead bug on the floor. Breakfast was meh and we were supposed to tip the 'waitress' who brought us water (which we did not realize we would have).

Stayed at the hotel for 2 days and had originally planned to return to the hotel after a short cruise, but because we were dissatisfied with some of the attitudes of the staff and the cleanliness of the room we decided to cancel our return reservation. This cancellation was done 4 days prior to the date we had planned on returning to the hotel. It was also done at the front desk and verbally confirmed by the reservation clerk that all was taken care of and cancelled. I asked for a confirmation and she replied that it was not necessary that the reservation was cancelled. 14 days later I see on my bank statement that the Ramada has charged me for the room reservation I cancelled and after numerous phone calls they are refusing to refund my money. The hotel has been giving me the run around saying it is the third party agency which was Orbitz, that should have been contacted about the cancellation. Yet there is nothing on any of the information from the Ramada stating such. Orbitz stated verbally and in writing that it is the hotel that will handle cancellations and no-shows. I am still waiting for a call back from the hotel's manager who is suppose to look into this matter further. It seems unfair that a customer (me) should suffer the lost of funds because I believed that desk clerk and apparently she failed to do her job properly. I don't want anyone to lose their job over this situation but I truly feel that the Ramada should take responsibility for their error.

The staff was friendly,the food and service was great but the hotel needs some improvement to the facilities in the room .
