The people at the front desk do not know how to smile.. The hallways have scratches all over them. They also have been painted over too many times. The door to my room kept on sticking; it was hard to open. The walls are very thin; I could hear everything that went on in the rooms next to me. One of the worst places l have ever stayed.

Clean and very closed to airport....downtown of hollywood circle

Smells musty in the room. Only booked here as it was last minute.

The staff was cool... until it was close to check out time. We had folks rushing us out of the the room, before the 11am check out time. This was all after calling ahead asking for a late checkout (guess the walkie talkies don't work either). The irony is I'd expect this type of cut throat behavior at a high demand 4/5 star hotel, not an odd smelling Motel posing as a Hotel with broken elevator etc. The place honestly needs a 2017 makeover as it feels more like the nursing home from the movie Cocoon.

Almost the entire hotel smells of cigarette. I found 2 roaches in that room. The bathroom has broken all sides and to the floor. This is not a hotel for family.

I STAYED IN ROOM 316 THERE WERE ROACHES. IT WAS ONLY UNTIL THE NIGHT BEFORE MY CHECKOUT THAT I GOT UP THROUGH THE NIGHT AND I SAW THEM CRAWLING ON THE REFRIGERATOR WHERE THE MICROWAVE IS LOCATED.

Nice staff -hotel needs a facelift. Exercise equipment was breaking down.

It's been nice to stay here, very close to all shops and restaurants, easy to find what you need, hotel crew its welcoming and very nice. Breakfast could be a little better offering more options but overall its been a good experience.

We have stayed here the last 4 years and really liked it. The 1st two years the Tiki Bar was open by the pool. The last 2 times its been closed and staff said new owners may not open it back up. I use to enjoy going down for drinks in the evening before heading out to dinner. That's really the only downside I've missed the last couple times.

my first time visit to downtown hollywood, fl. I was pleased with the location. I live a simple life and so was happy with what the hotel amenities. This was a more a relaxation visit and so the heated pool was a plus being that there was no hot tub. I am use to paying $18 plus for parking so $5.25 was a huge perk!

Customer Services with low performance to give answers or solution for any question Facilities with several problem to solve like security and elevators Poor Breakfast

Close to hollywood, but a very ordinary place. Time to remodel the hotel

Everything at the hotel was great besides the room. The rooms are in dire need of renovation. The pool was nice and warm. My son loved it. The pool deck and tropical bar looked great even though I never saw the bar open. The breakfast was so-so. The room was disgusting. The door to the room looked like a door to the janitor's closet. The paint on the door was so dusty it looked like they hadnt painted in 50 years. The room smelled like a old wet rug. The valances and the curtain ( the whole window) had about 10 years worth of dust on them. I had to run the AC non stop to keep the air circulating and as fresh as possible. I dont know how this hotel got 3 stars. Never again.

Came with my wife for business and retreat and our experience was excellent. The room was confortable and clean the location excellent at the down town of Harrison st. With great restaurants and stores that truly enjoy with my wife. Highly recommend this hotel.

I sent my son to Hollywood to review some complaints on a contract job that we had completed. Hotel location was ideal and amenities more than adequate

The hotel is in a very good location , the staff was very nice an the stay was great .

reading the reviews frightened me a bit but honestly it was not bad. Restaurants are at your service around the corner, so many bars to tend to a great night. The room was decent i just wish the lights were a bit brighter. The pool was pretty warm just wish there wasn't a fly in the water but then again that's what happens when you have an outdoor pool in beautiful Florida. I recommend this place! It's affordable and convenient. you ask get ride a trolley that leaves you by the beach,WHICH IS A SIGHT TO SEE! What more could you ask for?

Good breakfast. Kind staff. Newly remodeled bathroom

I love this hotel and location. The workers in charge of the continental breakfast were very rude and not friendly. The front desk is always nice and the room was pretty clean except the bathtub had hair in it.

The hotel was fine, no complaints. Stayed there on vacation/ business. Rooms were large and clean, walking distance from nightlife which was great. Parking a little cramped but manageable. Breakfast was just waffles and bagels but no big deal. Would stay here again.
