Boutique apartment, modern decor in a midcentury style building. On the canal with a pool and a private terrace. Very clean, ground floor, comfortable, fully equipped kitchen: micro-wave, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, pots, dishes, utensils, linen ... Bathroom completely renovated: glass and tile shower, sofa bed, dining room table for 4 people, large walk-in, washer-dryer on site, access to BBQ. New AC. 1.5 mile to beach, parking available, towels and beach chairs provided.
All guests must be 23 years old or older or accompanied by their parents.
All adults guests will have to send a Pictured ID to the owner.
Despite our meticulous cleaning practices & our pest control company’s best efforts, bugs & critters are part of life in Florida, sub-Tropical climate. Mosquitos, ants, cockroaches & lizards like to find their way inside. If this alarms you to point of scared to death, please do not book. If you are seeing them regularly, please let us know so we can arrange to have another treatment done but we will not reimburse you. If you find one dead, it means our treatment is working.
